I saw this jacket in Pigeon Forge and I fell in love with it. I wanted to think it over and not buy something spur of the moment. So over the last couple of months I thought it over and went ahead and bought it. I absolutely love it.

i still have not gotten my item and the order sits at waiting to fulfill. How can you send this to me with out making sure my order has been sent!! its been weeks and still no order

The item I ordered was on your web page and actually still is but I received an email that it wasn’t in the store anymore. I did receive a refund promptly but I feel you should make sure items are available for orders.

I watched a YouTube video on them, went and looked them up on the web, seeing something I wanted and bought. Was good experience, will be buying from them again.

Ordered 2 items on 8-24-23 and they were never shipped. My credit card was charged. Called on 9-8-23 and spoke with Supervisor Pat that told me she would check with shipping and call me back next day. Today 9-12-23 I still have not received my order nor has one called me back. I am very upset.
