Got completely ripped off
My order has not shipped, been cancelled, or refunded. I called to see what the problem was with the order and was told that it had been cancelled. I requested a receipt of refund and was promised that along with a phone call. That was three days ago. Still don’t have my order. Still don’t have a refund. Still haven’t received a phone call. My guess is the whole website is a hoax and they just steal your money.

Beautiful hat, great quality
I’ve been looking for a black straw cowboy-ish hat for a long time and so happy I found Stages West! The hat is so well made, great quality, shipped fast and packaged with great care and plastic-free. It’s a steal for the price! I couldn’t be happier. This will be my favorite summer hat! Thank you!
