No delivery and cannot speak to anyone
Order placed for next day delivery. 1 week later the funds had been taken and the order had not arrived so I chased on the phone and was told it would be with me the following day. Since that day, the delivery has still not arrived, and I cannot get hold of anyone. I have emailed, left voicemails, WhatsApp, phoned the number associated to WhatsApp, phoned the landline daily and it is never picked up. I have raised a dispute with my bank but the service and communication are none existent. Would never ever recommend or order from this company.

Delayed by initial carrier
I ordered in the morning and it was processed the same day, very efficient. It was collected by Evri but after nearly two weeks had not been delivered. I contacted Starlight, a repeat order was dispatched without delay and delivered by DPD the next day. Well done Starlight & DPD.
