Hello, We have used Starlight in a number of guises over the years . Pre COVID. Always helpful. Always get smaller numbers of a product which helps smaller concerns. Prices good too. David

Thank you very much for the 5 stars! We are very happy to hear you were pleased with your first order with us :)
No longer stocked, yet available
Ordered an item online that was showing as in stock. Turns out it wasn’t. Got an email from them 3 days later, apologising and providing a refund. Went on to state the items had been disabled on their website and they don’t know how I was able to order to it. They really need to sort their tech. But they did deal with it fairly well.

Speed and quality
Your speed to dispatch was great. Unfortunately the box was damaged so I can't reuse it but it may be the fault of the delivery company - Evri.

Not Christmas red, wrong colour
I bought misprinted upside down mince pie boxes, they are described as Christmas colours supposed to be red and white, but they are a yucky brown not red.
Edit: photo sent as requested, with the red stickers you included and a reel of Christmas red ribbon next to boxes, which shows the boxes are light brown not red.
