Ordered what looked like in the photo a beautiful embossed glass. Arrived with a cheap glass with a sticker on! Unbelievable! Have reported to Trading Standards

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THEY CLAIM THEY ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER THE PACKAGE AND THEN SAY THE PACKAGE WILL BE DESTROYED DUE TO IMPROPER ADDRESS.
The mailing address notices and correspondence are generated from a mailing list, indicating the address issue is not singular. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Ordered two personalised elf sacks one came right the other with another child’s name. Asked for a replacement be sent to find it wouldn’t arrive in time for 1st Dec but would only refund one even though I can’t use one without other not right on the kids so completely useless to me so now out of pocket and won’t accept return. Do not buy from them

Do Not Buy From This Company. I ordered the “Honey Bee Drippy Honeycomb Handmade Pottery Mug” after seeing a beautifully crafted item advertised on Facebook. What I received was a shockingly small, poorly finished knockoff that bore no resemblance; either in size, design, or quality to the product shown. This isn’t just a case of misleading marketing; it’s outright deception. The company’s conduct is dishonest, their product misrepresentation blatant, and their business practices deeply untrustworthy. A thoroughly disreputable operation. Order from them at your peril.

Ordered a bolt holder for a CZ455, they sent one for a Tikka T3X, they told me the CZ455 was out of stock, asked for a refund, they said fine but deducted the shipping fee!!! So I'm £5.00 out of pocket due to them.

Ordered the travel crib board. Didn't come with playing cards or the pegs or the peg holder. Only the board. When I contacted the company, they told me those parts were out of stock. I'd told them just to send them to me when they are back in stock, cause I really like the travel board. They told me they were getting any more in. After some back and forth with customer service and an insulting offer of a 10% discount, they settled on a 30% discount and this bad review. Will never buy from them again and wish I'd seen the reviews prior to purchasing.

Wrong product sent... offered only a 20% refund. Scam company based in China.. Be warned - do not buy!!

I purchased the horror villain whiskey glass from this company and I received it today. When I opened it I found that it was a plain glass with a sticker of the image that was on the glass from the original picture on the website. To put into context, the original image of the glass looked like it was engraved with a gold coloured mask that was attached to the glass and engraved images. Certainly looked nothing like the stickered glass I received. Unfortunatley I cannot put pictures up for reference

The item received looks nothing like the pictures in the advertisement a cheap glass with a transfer , took weeks to arrive. A scam and not worth third of the price paid

Tailorwand has the cheapest crap and if u try and return something you never get a reply back from them so you get stuck with crap that looks terrible.

Do not deal with this company!!! You'll just regret it!!!!

Appalling customer service. They prevent people from leaving a review on their page and they delete any comments that are not 100% positive.
I ordered the name decals for my horse buckets. I mentioned in a comment that the colours were not consistent. One of the decals was the correct colour, the other 4 were so dark you can hardly read the writing.

As soon as I commented and included a picture of the buckets, they deleted my comment and blocked me on their page.

A simple “sorry about that” would have been better than blocking a customer.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a Navy Blue Yeti drink bottle as advertised in the picture. The picture showed a Yeti bottle design with silver engraving pictures of your child's name and construction pictures. The bottle I received was mauve purple, no silver engraving, not a Yeti product at all. The design did not have silver engraving, it had white pictures and also the word construction was spelt wrong. I have emailed the company with NO RESPONSE and I feel completely scammed.

I ordered a nice wallet but I received a cheap piece of junk that was sewn cheap and crooked. It was not what I ordered. I was clearly defrauded. I would not suggest buying anything from them.

The knife that we ordered looked nothing like shown in the picture. Colours were about the only thing right with it. Wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this company. I reached out with an email and have not been contacted.

I ordered a leather belt wallet but what i received was not leather. Plastic. Nothing like the descriptionnor photo shown. I contacted Tailorsgift and they offered me 10% refund, then 15% not there 100% stated on their site.

Selling counterfeit goods. They stole our American copyright photography and trademark and claim to be selling our product for 1/3 of the price. They are not an authorized reseller and I have no idea what a customer would actually receive.

The product that arrived looked absolutely nothing like the image on Instagram and their website (‘luxury Christmas reindeer themed gift wrap with a luxury bow)
The ribbon was missing completely. When I contacted them they asked me to send a selection of photos of what I received, at different angles etc.
They actually responded by claiming that they couldn’t see any difference and that it was good quality. They also dismissively informed me that the ribbon is out of stock.
There was no offer to forward on the ribbon. I had asked for a full refund including P&P. They offered me 10% if I kept the product. I declined this offer and asked about the ribbon. They then offered me 15% which I declined. They continued bartering for my loyalty and custom by offering 20%. When I told them I would make a claim through my bank / card provider they offered 50%, explaining that if I returned it I would have to pay the postage and only receive 70%. They are only refunding 50% of the product cost and none of the P&P.
They are abominable in EVERY way - AVOID!
