I ordered two Viners Jungle Themed engraved cutlery sets for a child with presentation boxes. CA$ 78.81
It promised delivery in 5-9 business days, I finally got it over a month after ordering. What I received was NOT what I ordered. I received two teddy bear engraved sets wrapped in bubble wrap and muddled together in a small shipping box.I cannot gift these items in bubble wrap! The company then ignored the fact I didn't receive Jungle themed cutlery, and said there was no quality issue with my order, they then offered 10% refund, I declined they offered 15%. They claim they ran out of presentation boxes, they do not reply to the fact I got the wrong theme! Secondly the ones I received are NOT Viners as shown in their images, there's no trademarked stamp on the knife and the sets are a totally different shape so they are definitely not the brand advertised. Luckily I paid via PayPal and am in dispute with them. They offered 50% refund stating I had to pay return shipping which will be expensive and they only offer a 70% refund anyway and charge a 30% restocking fee. I pointed out in their terms that there's a 15 day refund policy on wrong items sent but again because I got cutlery sets they refuse to acknowledge they sent the wrong items! I would definitely avoid this company like the plague. They promote good brands and send cheap imitations hoping you can be fooled. Very bad experience I am notifying Facebook of this company to stop others being fooled like I was.

I ordered 2 book bags that were supposed to come with lunch box and water bottles for $51.79 and I received 1 lunch bag and 1 water bottle and when I contacted the company I was told that was the order

Ordered a rifle bolt protector over 3 months ago.
No communication, no goods and only after questioning its whereabouts told “out of stock, cancelling order”. Still waiting for refund.
The most annoying part is I have now been blocked from leaving comments. Very poor

This has been the worst shopping experience! This is a quality issue when it’s polyster/nylon w/white underneath! When I ordered a mustard cotton tee-shirt Savannah Bananas! Tailorsgift stated there is no issue…it’s a good shirt! Again, NOT what I asked for! They said keep it cause it’s cheaper than returning it! Told me they will give $14.11 refund! I lost $20.09! They stated there in a different country! Take it or leave it!

I ordered a 2 sided print on a Mic pop sock - when it arrived it was printed on 1 side

Product received, does not look like picture when I ordered. I said I would send it back and they said keep and offer a 25% discount. My answer to that was why would I keep a product that is embarassing
to use. One was for me and one was a gift……that is a hard NO. They offered me 75% back on my credit card. They said they credited my card on July 6..DID NOT HAPPEN. Is there a next step I can take.

What they advertised and what they sold did not match in color. Should have been red and white came red and grey.

I ordered a belt wallet. leather wallet, leather wallet, leather leather leather. you read these words over and over and over, and you start to believe it. don't believe it, it's rubbish, it's plastic.It's all plastic for that money it should be leather. they say we apologize. We will give you twenty percent off ha ha ha.

I ordered wedding favours the order stated two polos in a gift bag with white card . Also personalised . I received stickers only. I contacted the company with the photos and screen shot of the bank transaction. Screen shot of my order and everything. They replied we don’t supply polos yet on the order it even gave the ingredients!

This company is a scamming company that use false photos of items that are for purchase. They use cheaper prices than item advertised elsewhere to get you in. They send you a totally different item and offer 30-50% refund and an apology for the "inconvenience".
It pays to do a thorough review of any company selling online. They also offer zero opportunity to give a review on their website. That is a red flag right there.
I opted for a 50% refund as something was better than nothing, which they provided.
Buyer beware.

Ordered graduation gift card holder May 4th it is now June 29th and I never received it. It is impossible to reach out to them. Support @tailorsgift.com says to fill out an email below but there is nothing to fill out. Since my order I have seen the gift card holder advertised on facebook many times. This is a scam and hopefully people will find out before they order anything.

I bought a small leather wallet that clips onto a belt. The photo on the website looked really smart, a good looking item. After 3 weeks I received a really naff plastic wallet, almost looked the same, but was not leather. It looked really cheap, and came from China, not UK. After several emails, over about a week, they eventually agreed to give me 50% refund. They stated that UK laws don’t apply to them. They are a bunch of crooks selling sub standard tat. Do not be fooled by the photos online, you will not get that item shown.

At 9.29pm, on 9th June 2025, I viewed tailorsgift website and placed an order for a '(16 Plait Kangaroo hide Leather Bullwhip, Indian Jones Style, Replica) being a whip for the amount of $69.48 AU.

I recieved confirmation via email, stating my order (Order no. ******) was being 'expelited shipping'.

Today, 19th June 2025, at approx. 3.10am, I conducted an order number search on their website and recieved the following message....

I've contacted my bank to see if they can reverse the payment OR can you suggest a course of action? If not, I'll make a complaint to the USA's Federal Trade Commission, Bureau of Consumer Protection via email.

I make and sell volleyball & other sports team tattoos on Etsy, and I had customer reach and let me know another website (Tailorsgifts.com) is selling the same product for less, with all the same photos and for a few dollars cheaper.

My designs are hand-drawn and very unique, and they literally stole my product, all of my product photos, and even my copy descriptions of the products. I haven't tried buying the tattoos from them because I'm worried they' steal my credit card number. I'm also 100% sure the quality isn't as good. Mine are metallic gold and more expensive to produce... I'm guessing theirs is a flat yellow gold-ish color, but not actually metallic. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! They are a scam and stealing other small business entrepreneur's product ideas and selling them as their own. I will be reaching out to my attorney friend to send them a cease & desist letter.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I placed my order for a custom shirt on April 8th. I never have been one to track a package daily due to me knowing it will just get here when it gets here! I checked my order again on my birthday, May 23rd, and it said it was still in china and last updated on May 10th. I checked it again today on June 8th and it now shows that it was delivered on May 19th in my mailbox but didn’t show that when I checked on May 23rd. It is TOTALLY a scam. PLEASE PLEASE do not place an order with these guys.

Ordered college gift card holder weeks ago. Hasn’t arrived! Tracking info they provided is worthless- only tells me item hasn’t been received by USPS yet. And that was 3 weeks AFTER I received an email saying your item is on its way. Total scam!

I ordered the leather custom cribbage travel holder. It arrived with the peg holders missing and the wooden score board only partially hooked onto the leather. I contacted them and they offered me 30% refund and informed me of they sent me a new one it would probably be not good either!! I said I wanted a full refund and they offered me 50% and after that they have refused to return my emails! They sell junk and don’t stand behind their products! Terrible!!

I normally look at customer reviews before purchasing items from a new (to me) vendor. I was so excited when I saw the ad for card holders for 2025 graduates, I automatically ordered a few without researching on Msy 9, 2025. I received a note confirming my order shipped (from Australia??) and more info would be updated soon. I tried tracking it a couple of days later (and multiple times since) and now only a blank page comes up. Nothing. I might be out over $100 + no graduation cards. READ THE CUSTOMER REVIEWS!!!!
