I haven't yet received my order, which IS the problem. I ordered the College cash cards, thinking they wouldn't take long. I was incorrect. It has been 12 days since I placed my order and have not yet received my purchase. I missed the parties I bought the cards for. Bummer. Maybe buy them now for next year's graduation.

The shirts they show are NOT the same as what you recieve. The print on the shirt is not even a real print. The product is some shiny material. The stiching looks super cheap. DONT BUY FROM HERE. Really disappointed. I would post a picture but I don't see anywhere I can do that.

I received the incorrect color shirt and the incorrect size. When I reached out to customer service they said that I could keep the shirt and have a 50% refund. The shirt does not fit. I don’t want it. I wanted a 100% refund and would send the shirt back. They refused. Their website says that receiving the incorrect product falls under their full coverage return policy. They don’t even follow their own policies. I will never order from them again.

I did not receive the 3-ring leather binder I ordered. The personalization was fine, but it was not on the product I ordered. Super frustrated. Their website indicated a 99 return rate if they send the wrong item. NOT SO! They offered me 20% back and won't send me the binder I ordered. They need to have a telephone number or chat for customers. I won't do business with them again.

Absolutely awful!!! I did not receive what was advertised! The shipping time was prolonged and I completely forgot that I ordered this mess!!! Do not spend your hard earned money on their crap!! After reading the reviews I’d rather not go through the frustration of trying to get a refund. I will use it as a dust clothmaybe!😡😡

I hate I even have to give 1 star. Negative stars for scamming. Don’t order! You won’t receive your items!

Delivery times were way overestimated. My order was eventually sent to an undisclosed depot over an hour away from my home, and when no one collected it, it was returned to sender without any notice. GRRRR! Communication is dreadful. I am waiting to hear if the parcel can be intercepted before it leaves the country so my grand daughter can receive her birthday gift.

It has been almost 2 months and I still do not have the cheer duck I ordered. I emailed and they said they didn't have the materials and they would PROBABLY start working on my product in the next 2 weeks. So, that means, TWO AND A HALF MONTHS AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER, MY DUCK SHOULD...MIGHT...PROBABLY BE SHIPPED. Terrible service.

Wrong item sent and only 50% offered for refund if keep item for 100% refund they told me o had to return the item to china at my own cost so would cost more than actual refund
Company blocked me on Facebook so I couldn’t keep contacting and couldn’t leave a honest review

This site is a TOTAL SCAM. They are stealing listings from Etsy and passing them off as their own. They stole one of mine and there is no way anyone buying it will ever get what they ordered. I found other items that were stolen listings. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

They sent a different apron to what I ordered and paid for. When asked for a return and refund they told me 10% refund. And I'd have to return at my own cost!!! I've challenged this but they just send back the same generic email reply.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Absolutely horrible customer service, waited 5 weeks for an order I messaged them they said another 3 weeks or cancel…so I canceled buyer beware

Ordered a book gremlin as a present for £25. Received a 3D printed dragon worth about £0.50. Do not buy from this company, a total rip off

I chose rose gold for a custom item. they sent yellow gold. since it was perfectly yellow gold, they didnt care to fully refund or send the correct color - it was ‘out of stock’ and they chose a color for me without asking or cancelling (I would have at least picked silver). rose gold was still an option online, so it was a lie to not send another one. 30% restock fee for custom items whether they effed up or not, youre not likely to pay international postage to return it and so this is the scam. you settle for a 50% refund on the wrong ugly thing and they steal the other 50% from you, that is, if I even do get the refund. have fun :)

I ordered a Groomsman Toiletries bag as a gift .. supposably leather , with side additions for items.. what I got was a piece of Chinese rubbish , plastic and not what was ordered .. for gods sake do not buy anything from these’d people they are scammers

Just received the golf bag with personalised name on it. What a total rip off. The bag is a cheap plastic one that you could buy in the Pound shop. Total disgrace. Just a pity I couldn’t return it and get my £25 back

This company stole my product idea and photos off of my website and is trying to pass it off as theirs. Please be aware and cautious buying from them.

I'm very disappointed with my order. I ordered a knife that was supposed to have been a Damascus pocket knife. It came back as a cheap keychain. It was supposed to be a gift for my husband. I will never order from this company again. What bunch of scammers.
