Terrible quality, slow delivery despite paying extra for a quick delivery and then refused to issue a full refund. AVOID!

Untrustworthy company. Ordered a Christmas item in early December that according to the company's website would be delivered in time for Christmas. I kept checking on the order and it continued to say "processing" well past the expected shipping date. I finally contacted the company and they stated they were experiencing delays because of holiday orders (was this not anticipated???) and it would be shipped shortly, but not in time for Christmas delivery. As of 12/28 I still had not received a shipping confirmation and emailed the company to cancel the order. Several days later they finally responded stating the order would be cancelled and I would receive a refund. One week later I still had not received the refund so I filed a dispute with my credit card. Two weeks after that I got a shipping confirmation that the item had been sent!!!! I emailed them and said I requested that the order be cancelled and a refund issued and they had responded saying they would do that....but then they never issue the refund and send the item anyway??? Item arrived 30 days after expected arrival and I returned to sender.

This company is a scam. The photos and description of the item was for a high quality leather item that was handmade in Portland. Once I ordered through ‘tailors gifts’ the actual order came through a company called ‘ins gifts’ and the item sent was a horrendously cheap knockoff they sent from china. They refused to acknowledge it was a quality issue despite me emailing a list of everything that wasn’t accurate and several photos. I also had mysterious false charges in my credit card the next day, and a big increase in spam texts immediately after.

The pictures showed a leather cribbage set. They also claimed a way shorter delivery time and 100% refund. None of these things are true. It wasn't even faux leather. Not worth more than $1 and they are charging over $20. Doesn't even resemble the pictures. Wish I had come here first.

Order was not as pictured. Cheaper product, wrong color and I don't think even leather.

Placed order on 10th Dec 2024 for a personalised soccer bag. After chasing up with them I finally received on 10 January and the bag was the wrong colour! I ordered ROYAL blue and received NAVY blue, not the teams colours.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THEY SEND THE WRONG ITEM THEN REFUSE TO REFUND AND OFFER ONLY A PARTIAL REFUND. SCAMMERS

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. False advertising of KNODY cribbage board, you will not receive it for over 30 days and what you will then get is an inferior copy which they will not refund. Be warned.

AVOID!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Like pretty much every other review on here, a poor quality product (cribbage board), late delivery, terrible customer service (based somewhere in Asia), refuse to let you return the item (so much for their 99 day returns). They are not aware (or ignoring) UK consumer law. I hope you are reading this before considering placing an order and would urge you not to. Sadly I didn’t. Will be contacting my credit card provider for a refund as it’s a scam.

I wish 0 stars was an option. Ordered Dec. 5th and on their website it said I would receive by Christmas. It is now Jan 3rd and I’ve emailed asking how long til it ships? They replied “working on the diagram of the product it will take 1-2weeks with 2 week production time. 2 weeks went by so I asked for an update only to receive the same exact reply. So time went on yet no change??? Don’t advertise that I will get the product by Christmas yet here we are Jan 3rd and it’s not even “in production” yet. Terrible customer service.

November Ordered a knitted highland cow comforter with blue blanket had to open case with PayPal, just before Christmas I received it was a teddy bear which had white blanket which was nothing like I ordered they just keep fobbing me off…. Wanting pictures which I have sent many times also sent to pay Paul Scammers that’s what they are…

Ordered a cribbage board, advertised as by KNODY. What I received was clearly fake - unbranded, falling apart, no cards and marker board not the same, inferior 'leather'. Requested my money back - but if not received a credit card charge back coming on.

I bought two sets of custom PJ pants with our horse’s face on one and our dog on the other BEFORE reading the reviews. I panicked when I read all of these after the fact and basically assumed I was just out the money I paid. It took between 2-3 weeks for delivery and we actually have no issues with them. The quality is not bad at all, and it’s great for a price range of $20-$30. I did actually have a good experience, so it might be hit or miss based on these negative reviews - some valid for sure. I would and probably will order again. And for those with complaints on timeliness of 3-6 weeks, that’s not irrational for custom made items. Order well in advance.

Ordered a hand made crochet baby blanket costing £25, took 3 weeks to arrive and was disgusted in the product we received! Rude customer service! A complete scam!

Bought a golf shoe bag from that company 3 weeks ago as a Christmas present. I still haven’t received it.

Edit: I received them on New Year’s Eve. Disappointed, It was supposed to have an embroidered stitch name on it, but came pale printed name.
Do not buy anything from that company.

I ordered from them nearly a month ago. No update, no confirmation email except from PayPal. I have a tracking ref on PayPal that says Yodel tracking, but Yodel doesn’t recognise it. I’ve emailed to ask what is going on.

Only giving it one as you cannot give zero. Do not buy from the company. Shoddy delivery times. Bought a golf shoe bag with embroidery initials, took 3 weeks to arrive and then when it arrived, just printed design on the front and no embroidery in sight! Embarrassing to give as a late Christmas present so will have to order from a different company!!!

Ordered a Knife for Christmas for my brother in law that showed on the advertisement as a 4 1/2” body and a 4” blade. When it showed up the body was 2 1/2” with a 2” blade and the wood didn’t appear the same as the picture. Very disappointed and when contacted there was no mention of the proper replacement being sent only a small compensation to keep the incorrect item. We ordered what we expected not a small keychain knife.

They stole my original product from my Etsy page, and posted ads featuring my original copy, and original photos taken in my own home. Absolute criminals.

I ordered 2 mini leather foldable cribbage boards, brand name Knody. They were $27 each CDN, for a total of $54 plus shipping. My order arrived today, almost 6 weeks later, and they only shipped one piece, not 2 as I had ordered. It does not look like the photos, nor does is say Knody anywhere. Weirdly enough, it REEKS like beef jerky. I have reached out to customer service, to get my missing one shipped, if I dont hear from them, I paid via paypal, so I should at least get my money back. $27 each is an okay price, $54 is not.
