I needed to order a replacement valve for a tri-tap with little information. The Tap Spares website made it easy to identify the part and it arrived quickly. Sadly there seemed to be a problem with the thread but Tap Spares sent me a replacement very quickly and without quibble. Very good company to deal with and with excellent customer service

Our taps were leaking so I went on Tap Spares website to find the relevant parts, having thought I had I decided just incase to send a photo of the taps to their help desk. A Lady called Elaine informed me that the taps I thought were right were indeed wrong.
Elaine sent me a link for the correct ones which I ordered. An email informed me that they were being despatched on the same day and they will be delivered today. Big thank you to Elaine who saved me from ordering the wrong parts. Highly recommended 👌

Helpful in resolving queries re a tap cartridge, posted out a spare part to do so

Fantastic customer service and advice from Todd who knew exactly the problem with my leaking spout. Was really helpful and offered to refund if the parts didn't work but they did. Absolutely Brilliant! would recommend to everyone.

Searching without success for a tap cartridge, a friend gave me a link to this site, and I'm glad he did. Todd found me what I need and the part is on its way. The knowledge, speed and efficiency, as well as the willingness to help with a small problem, are very impressive and this exceptional business deserves to do well.

Very impressed and heart-warmed by the customer service. Thank you Jocelyn for taking the time and care to trouble shoot our tap problem and recommending a cost-effective solution which solved the problem. Definitely recommend this company and will use again.

Good and knowledgeable telephone advice and product (replacement valves for Franke mixer tap) that did the job easily and effectively.

Great service and quick delivery, can't fault that.

Excellent customer services feedback. I got a reply in 3 minutes after completing their online form with accurate help and guidance and the offer of further support. Highly recommended *****

Had a dripping kitchen tap and managed to find the exact replacement from Tap Spares UK. Ordered and arrived within 2 days. I would highly recommend and will return should I get another leaky tap!

Thanks for the quick order turnaround and fast delivery. Great service and easy to use website.

A great website and so easy to use . Tap Spares easily identified my tap and the new cartridges arrived within days. We are not particularly handy but with the instructions , also included , we were able to replace our tap cartridges and stop the awful hammering noise. Highly recommend.

Contacted TapSpares after my daughter’s new house kitchen tap started to drip from the neck. The correct parts posed out the next day arrived the day after. Fitted the correct parts under 10 minutes. Thanks for all the help with the correct parts and quick service will definitely use again.

I had an issue with a tap washer and after sending a couple of photos the company quickly identified my model. They kindly sent two versions of the spares needed; one is now successfully fitted and the other was quickly refunded when I returned the spare. Recommended.

I needed to replace a mixer tap cartridge, so contacted the manufacturer who told me that the tap was out of production and that I would be unlikely to find replacement cartridge.

I found TapSparesUK on line, who informed me that they did not have a exact replacement, but (after extensive research) they suggested an alternative, saying if this did not work that I should return it and they would fully refund me.

The replacement part quickly arrived and worked. Thank you "Hollie" for the fantastic service you provided and saving me a good few bob.

I found Taps Spares Uk on an online search to find parts to a Howdens kitchen tap that was not only dripping but leaking water at the base end of its spout. Todd of Taps Spares uk, who I explained my problem to and sent photos identified the tap and was very supportive with the ordering and guidance to curing the tap from its condition. Receiving the delivery of the new parts for the tap a day or two later it wasn’t long, by following the Taps Spares video link before the kitchen tap was restored in good working order. I was very happy with the outcome, saving the cost for this simple job if I was to employ a plumber.
I would most certainly use the service of this fine company again.

Absolutely fantastic service from Todd and his team, I have used “Tap Spares” on several occasions and the support and knowledge of their products is first class.
I would never venture any where else for Tap Spares.

Very helpful in resolving a problem that was of my own making.

Tick, ..., tick, ..., tick ...,

The clock? No, a drip the kitchen mixer tap.

So a quick visit to TapSparesUK to see if we can get a replacement cartridge and success! Except, the supplied cartridge didn't fit due to the non-standard arrangement of our kitchen tap (NB you can't have too many standards but some take that idea to the extreme - would you believe how many different varieties of splined ends there are for a supposed standard item?).

So back to TapSparesUK for a bit of "What am I doing wrong?" advice.

Todd apologised for the incompatibility and commented that this is not an uncommon event with old and discontinued tap makes and offered a freepost return which I accepted.

But there's a bonus! Todd also mentioned that while TapSparesUK were unable to proffer an alternative that would fit he advised that I should check with Tapmagician to see if they might have something in their range that might fit. And they did! - now that is what I call excellent customer support!! (even though I wasn't eventually a successful customer TapSparesUK were able to direct me to the right place for the part I needed).

The drip is now no more, one might say that it has become an ex-spurt which probably amply qualifies it for enty into service with our government.

Bought a pair of ceramic tap washers , and of course , not simple getting the right one .
Fortunately Todd was there to take me through the process of how to select , then how to fit the new ones .
Service was patient and help was at hand to advise till at last , no drips .
Well done great company !!!
