The features and UI details are improving yearly, and this reduces some of the ambiguity doing taxes.
The responsiveness of staff on WhatsApp is great: I can get any answer I need relatively quickly.

Excellent company
Software is user-friendly. Communication from the team is brilliant and personal, with real responses. I have had an excellent tax advisor for the past three years and have been given the option of continuing with him. U.S. citizen-based taxation is UNFAIR. I've been a permanent, tax-paying resident in the U.K. since 1974, but am still subject to U.S. taxation?! However, in the circumstances, I highly recommend TFX. They are efficient and friendly, and will reduce your stress levels considerably.

We had a very complicated tax situation because we incorrectly applied an international tax treaty and needed to correct that. Taxes for Expats helped us through the process.
