TERRIBLE!!
I got a customer ordering a few hoodies from me. Teelaunch charged me as expected, but then they charged me AGAIN for the same order. I literally lost money on that order. They are just ignoring me and telling me that "Nothing wrong has happened, we only charged you once" when I send them printscreen off the bank record clearly showing that they charged me twice for the same order.. Jesus christ.
Never use Teelaunch again, I lost $70 for selling items, when I should have gone +
Use Represent instead, 100 times better..
No care, hidden fees, robotic non specific responses
Disappointing as I had heard good things, probably my naivety being first time but generalized responses to my emails with no attempt to discuss or clarify. You are charged a shipping fee on each purchase which is not advised anywhere so I need to guess what they may charge before setting my pricing, I think that's why there product pricing appears reasonable.
Then the customer pays another high shipping fee. Most bizarre thing I've ever heard of in traditional business but then again I'm new here. Much cheaper for me to order stock myself then ship it to clients. But for me I thought this drop shipping idea sounded good.
Hopefully the goods do come and are fantastic
very frustrating--out of patience
I chose teelaunch based on good reviews online, but so far my experience has been very frustrating. I created a product and put through a sample order. I heard nothing back. I checked a few days later, and found out that I did something wrong and it never went though--teeluanch didn't contact me about this at all. The customer service person I emailed told me I made a mistake and then keep repeating, "Watch the video"--but didn't tell me how to fix the problem. This came across as really obnoxious. Finally I fixed the problem, and he assured me (with many exclamation points) that the order went through successfully.
I checked back two days later, however--more error messages, no reason given on the site, and no email to me indicating that there was a problem! I am really out of patience--they seem to have inexperienced customer service and a confusing user interface. Waiting for them to get back to me yet again.

Addendum: After reading through their entire "help" documentation, I see that because I had at some earlier point changed the vendor name in Shopify and then (realizing I shouldn't have done this) changed it back, my order never went though--it won't work even if you change it back. The customer service person never checked on or mentioned this, and so when he said my order had got through, it had not.

Addendum #2: They are tying to fix the problem. Apparently my error was a special kind of error that didn't trigger an email to me telling me there was a problem. Still a frustrating experience, especially since it took them so long to figure out the problem, but I will give them another star for trying.
Loyalty!!
I have been with Teelaunch since September 2015. I have tried other fulfillment centers but continue with Teelaunch. There is much respect for the crew and what they do. I have had orders lost in shipping and sizing issues where the customer ordered the incorrect size. The one thing that stands out from all the rest is the service and response to my questions and concerns. The customer service team will bend over backwards to fix any mistake even if it is mine! Thats right even if it is mine. I have truly found a partner in my business that I trust to help me. It has been a fun ride thus far. Keep up the GREAT WORK TEELAUNCH!! Look forward to another year in business together.
Just an update: 7/10/2017: Teelaunch has launched several new products and I can not be happier!! They continue to amaze me with new product creation and customer service.
I have read some of the bad reviews and from my experience these guys and the reviews can not be further from the truth. If I have issues with my products I contact customer service and I have never had an issue getting a replacement sent or a refund if the customer desires. My emails have always been answered with in a 24 hour period and I have even had the opportunity to speak with Dave on the phone. The owner Chris has responded to my Facebook questions as well.

teelaunch has made building my business fun
Giving control over my production to someone else made me a little bit uneasy. My brand is an extension of myself, it was like giving away a part of me. But I'm glad I did as it's super great that I can come up with ideas and put them in my store without having to worry about doing the actual production or shipping myself. My customers are happy with the products they are receiving and I'm able to make pretty good margins that I can put into other designs. I've only had to contact support twice but both interactions were fine.
Terrible customer service
Shirt quality was O.K at best, some shirts are discolored with odd sizes, but what stood out most to me was how poor the customer service is.

Top notch customer service
My experience with teelaunch has been excellent. Of course, every company has issues from time to time, and as with any print on demand company there's always the odd hiccup along the way, but teelaunch sets itself apart with its customer service. Any issues I ever have are quickly sorted out by Brittany and Kristy, and even occasionally by the owner himself, Chris. They're my go to company for POD merch for my store, and while there are definitely some extra added features I'd like to see in the future, I plan on sticking with this company for the foreseeable future.
Great Customer Service
I highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service. One of the products I ordered had a slight variation in the graphics and this company send me a new tote bag out immediately. And all within a week's time !!!

Great product offering and the awesome customer service
I found an error in my design of one of the products I was selling. The design error was my fault and naturally this type of thing happens on Friday at 5pm. I was worried that I was not going to be able to get the changes done since the time of day. Brittney helped me resolve the problem, by going back to the previous orders and stopping them before they went to print. She did all this AFTER she already left the office. This saved my a ton of headache with returns. THANK YOU BRITTANY for your dedication! I need to find employees like her :)
Teelaunch Custom Service is King
I have a reputation for being hard on people who don't respond or sell crapy products and services. However, I must admit that I have had to eat my words a time or two when it comes to Teelaunch. Although, no company or person is perfect they have really been my go to company when it comes to Printex On Demand. Regardless of the situation I have never had a customer tell me that the product was bad and for that I give them 5 stars.

The best I've found for print on demand
First I should mention I've used Scalable Press, Printful and Print Aura.
Teelaunch is now my go to fulfillment company. Their quality is great and their customer service is even better. My sales increased for 60% when I made the switch since they provide so many cool products like phone cases, mugs, blankets, yoga mats, etc. My company is very niche and doesn't get a lot of attention, so my customers are loving it. Shipping is quick and prices are more than affordable.

So I've tested the waters out on Printful and I'm happy with their service but they are really pricey. Thus, I've turned to Teelaunch because they have great prices! Here's my gripe about them though. They are pretty diligent about returning your emails but it almost seems like I'm speaking with a robot? They don't know me on a first name basis? Brittany and Kristy have been great but I wish they had a little more production power. The website claims turnaround times are 5-7 days in the U.S. I had a customer order a decent size batch of shirts, order was batched, 5 days later it's still in production, shirts still not printed? That's fine but I've requested to expedite the shipping so my customers order gets to her on time. I offer to pay for the over night shipping myself. It only makes sense, if Teelaunch wants my business they have got to earn some trust. If I was in their shoes, I'd contact the production manager, tell him to go to the UPS store and ship them out. That's kind of extreme but you gotta do something besides tell me "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." So they have really slow shipping times, the shirts have a "sharpie" smell to them from the pre treament they used to help sink in the ink, and the quality is ok. It's something Teelanch can work on and I'm more than willing to have the patience to work with them. But they gotta throw me a frigging bone or something!

Awful customer Service/slow fulfillment
I fulfilled approximately 50 orders with Teelaunch. The quality of the shirts are acceptable, tho not extraordinary. However, the customer service experience is extremely frustrating. They switched websites while I was their customer and the new site offered some improvements but it also introduced many errors that required me to contact customer service. The only option to get ahold of them is via live chat although I never received a response within 30 minutes of posting in chat.
They claim to have fast shipping, but in reality it takes some time. I live in Canada and getting a shirt I ordered took at least 3 full weeks. (Thankfully most of my customers are in the US). I sent a product to a relative who lives in the US as a gift and it took over a week and a half.
But their prices were very competitive so I stuck with them for a bit in spite of the bad service and slow shipping. In the end I stopped being their customer because they could not help me with a credit card issue. When I started doing business with Teelaunch they accepted PayPal which is my prefered way of doing business online. When the switched to the new site they stopped accepting PayPal. I added my CAD credit card to process a few orders. I didn't like the idea of paying for my shirts with CAD because the rate is bad and because my card company charges a small fee to do the conversion. So I got a USD card just to use on Teelaunch. But for some reason that card never worked on their site. I entered it and re-entered it several times. The card is brand new and has a high limit. I've done several tests buying a few things in-store and online with the card and never had a problem. But no matter how many times I tried, Teelaunch seems to be the only retailer on the planet who won't accept this new card I got. I suspect the issue has something to do with it being a Canadian USD card with a Postal Code (not a zip code) for the billing address--but no one from customer service could ever help me with the issue.
In the end I switched to another company and am much happier so far. If you like being treated like a human when you need to contact your fulfillment co, if you enjoy being able to brag about your fast shipping, or if you live outside the US I would highly recommend using any other company besides Teelaunch.

Drop dead simple, I love it
I use teelaunch for my 90's themed merch store and it's been great. Their app is easy to use and the stuff is high quality. It's so nice to be able to make passion income without having to do anything. highly recommended.
By far the worst company
This company will waste your time for weeks and never ever send you an actual product. The owner claims he's to busy to run his company...then why waste anyones time or money?

Teelaunch has been great
After changing from one fulfillment company to another teelaunch has made the switch so easy for my team and myself. I want to thank you for the great customer service and the live chat feature is great to solve any issues that come up during the day/night. After about 200 orders with only one order going out incorrectly teelaunch sent my customer a replacement free of charge with great turn around time. Happy customers happy life. Thank you teelaunch.

I was looking for a POD company and won't be choosing Teelaunch. Twice I used their page contact form and I have not received any response.
