Bowling lane fault
Me and my family were enjoying our first game but then half way through the bowling alley went faulty and the staff tried to fix it a few times but it didn't work. The staff then realised there was issue with that lane and then quickly moved us on to another lane with current scores with swiftness and efficiency which was appreciated.

Summer holiday bowling
We arrived a little bit earlier than our alloted time and still got allocated a lane straight away. We had ordered food aswell and it arrived to our lane within 20 minutes of us being there and were asked if we wanted any drinks etc which were brought upto our lane for us. Overall we had a very good experience the kids enjoyed the bowling and food we will definitely be going again soon.

I could click 5 stars but a little disappointed, when we started bowling
Lane 23 one of my friends she managed to hit all stand bowling 🎳, didn’t give a strike score twice.missing the score. Anyway. Thank you for asking.

It was easy to book on line it was 1 adult and 3 children we had 2 games which we enjoyed then we had pizza and drinks then looked and played in the arcade the girls enjoyed that to finish our afternoon out. Would do it again.

Blackpool
I’ve been to the Blackpool tenpin about 5 times for bowling/ soft play area and whilst the amenities are very good the only thing letting it down is the lack of staff.
There’s always a queue at the bar with only ever one person serving. Takes about 20 mins each time to get a drink or check in which stops is going back up to the bar.

The staff were most cordial
The staff were most cordial, friendly and helpful. they dealt with our booking quickly and served our food and drinks promptly. One drink was replaced immediately when it was discovered to be defective due to an equipment fault.

Tenpin Blackpool..... well worth a visit!
Make sure you check out the offers before you go straight to book a game, we paid £44 for an hour's bowling with a 12inch pizza and some of the best onion rings I've had. There were 4 of us and we got 3 games in....the lanes were great, you can take profile pics when you set up and it even gives you the speed of your bowl. There were plenty of other games to keep us entertained for 2 hours and it was really inexpensive plus the he place was clean and tidy and the staff were really pleasant and helpful.

Tenpin Castleford
We had a great time at Tenpin Castleford. We came for our son's birthday. The staff were very helpful. I booked us online which was simple and straight forward. We like the Castleford one as we can go and do other activities afterwards

I have not visited for several years and was pleasantly surprised.
The whole place had a great feel, booking ran on time, toilets were clean and staff were very helpful and polite.

Fun escape room experience
Booked myself and child on escape experience. Did Houdini's last secret and RMS titanic. Evie was our host for both and she was great, with hints that were useful and still challenging. Houdinis last secret was the easier of the two for us. Evie went above and beyond to help us book onto a subsequent session the same evening which we really appreciated as we were only in Leeds for the evening. We had fun and these were my favourite escape rooms we have done.

Waited forever to get to our bowling…
Waited forever to get to our bowling lane, then once we were there the ball returner was broken and the balls were getting stuck. A women came to test it by taking our turns and once they had fixed it they didn’t even offer to restart the game even though we had only had one go each. I brought a drink and the lady dropped it off so quick I couldn’t even ask for a straw.

The place itself was great, but far, far too expensive. 90 quid for 5 people to bowl twice is lunacy. I could have booked 2 games for less beforehand but thought 1 would do......to be charged full price again is a joke
