Excellent service from this company I couldn’t recommend them highly enough they are obviously as passionate about the products they sell as the people that buy them 👍👍👍

Terrible...don't waste your time or money...con artist at work here. Sell broken products and then tell you to prove it wasn't like that to begin with....
Open all guns and ask to see inside all moving parts apparently take a gun Smith with you so you don't get conned. Disgusting customer service and after sales.

The Airgun centre is, without a shadow of doubt, the best shop for our sport in the UK.
I stopped shooting over a decade ago when my local dealer closed. I recently decided to take up shooting again and all i need to say is this - if you go elsewhere to buy a gun, on the way home pop into your doctors and ask him/her if you are still sane, because if you do go elsewhere take a screwdriver because you must have a screw loose.

Just ask for Ben when you call or shop in store. This guy knows how to look after customers. Excellent comms when you leave an online message, always gets back to you and is very helpful. I’ve purchased a lot from these guys now because I’ve always been treated so well, alittle discount here and there goes along way.
I live in Kent and travel over to Essex to get my bits here. It’s worth the journey.
Thanks Ben, looking forward to picking up that Alphawolf soon.
Paul…

The best store ever for looking after you. I had an issue with my rifle, they sorted me out with a new one after several weeks of trouble caused by the importer not the store.
Ben and the team understand customer service and really do value your business, and you as a customer.

I'm pretty sure they'd be good in store, but as far as online orders go you'll get an automated response & no further communication, I know it's automated as I ordered late night & my reply was " its being processed", what a 1am, sure! No body tells you it's out of stock while your waiting for your purchase to turn up, silly mistake! They'll take your money quick though. They did refund when I asked for one. A simple out of stock notice would stop negative reviews!

xtend stock for HW44.

I have just taken delivery of this item.

I am delighted with the product which not only looks good but is great to use.

There has been a huge gap in the market and The Air Gun Centre are to be commended for their innovation in designing and producing this stock extension at an affordable price.

I purchased a daystate Huntsman Buckmaster from Airgun Centre some 12 years ago and it needed replacement O rings fixed in a week and the service is awesome lifetime warranty and that says something.
Friendly people to do business with I can't recommend this team and shop enough 😊.
I honestly wish there were more stars I could give this Airgun Centre as they're the best people to do business with Steve Ben and rest of team.
Thank you
Top guys keep it up..

I've recently bought a few rifles from the shop so that my sons and I can shoot together. The service and advice I've received has been excellent. Great selection in stock and very fast turn around on all of my orders. I can't recommend highly enough!

I purchased two new BSA rifles and found the pro combo deals well worth the money. The staff were very knowledgeable and efficient, old fashioned service with a smile is a delight.
I also had my BSA r10 mk2 repaired at the same time by Ben, he couldn’t have been any better in my opinion. First class service. Thanks to you all.

Great experience, I did not know much about air guns, Steve and Kai spent time in the phone explaining everything and answering my long list of questions. I did the 2 hour drive and meet Jamie at the shop. Really helped me to pick the best rifle for my needs. Great experience and would highly recommend.

The best air gun shop around. Great knowledge, friendly staff, great guarantees with the guns. I love my gun I bought from there I would highly recommend

Excellent service from The Airgun Centre in Raleigh today. Purchased a HW97 KT, very helpful staff in everyway and with every query. Highly recommended and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Excellent service today at The Air Gun Centre. I got exactly what I wanted and got a very good price for a rifle I traded in. Good work. Thanks

Great service , 2nd time using them . First time I bought a Gamo package , the pump was leaking and they immediately swapped it . Great speed of service and knowledge , highly recommended

Can’t recommend Steve and Ben at the AirGun Centre enough. I travelled to them with a view of furthering my knowledge to make an informed decision but their knowledge of their range was second to none, filling me with the confidence to make my purchase there and then. Special thanks to Steve, faultless service - highly recommend

I have bought two rifles from the air gun centre as well as a pump they was extremely helpful and patient. When the pump ran into issues they sorted it free of charge and worked perfectly they even helped with a faulty air rifle I had even tho it wasn’t from them. Cannot recommend them enough best shop I have used. Thanks guys

Sent my R10 off to these guys as it needed a service and was down on power. I dealt with a bloke called Ben who serviced the rifle. Did a amazing job and was very professional and mega quick turn around with delivery. If your rifle needs a service or need any advice give these guys a call they are excellent, top man Ben 👍

The guys at the Airgun Centre are very welcoming and friendly to a new person to the sport like me. Have bought both of my main guns from them, and with the guarantee you feel safe in the knowledge they will look after you. Great products and great team. I wont lie, as its an honest review. You can find some guns a little bit cheaper, but with no guarantees etc, worth it's weight in gold in my opinion! I'm sure I'll be back soon! Kris

Popped in a couple days ago to grab a couple of bits, staff were very helpful and friendly and provided me with what I needed.
Will definitely be returningn
