Easy to order and find information. Prompt delivery, nice product, good price.

Booked bike in for repair, which was done to a high standard. Cannot fault the service provided from the friendly staff. Would highly recommend the Bike Factory.

I bought a very small item that was advertised as a universal fit. It cost£10, £6 to post, even though it fits through a letter box.
It didnt fit on the rack i was assured it would. The return postage cost me £4 so although i was refunded the £10 for the item it cost me the same amount for postage.

Absolutely brilliant service. The Diety Supervillain pedals arrived extremely quickly, much faster than expected, and were well packaged. Great communication and a smooth, hassle-free purchase from start to finish. Really pleased with the pedals and the excellent delivery service. Highly recommended!

A very efficient service. I was kept informed of the whereabouts of my purchase at all times. It arrived well packaged and was in perfect working order on arrival.

The only downside is, and this is beyond the control of The Bike Factory, I can't read the Product Information Warning which must be printed in half-size font.

Your delivery team has quite frankly been a shambles!
Ordered 30July and information given and acknowledged as to the few days when I would not be available in following weeks.
Delivery team then email me to say they will deliver on date when I'm unavailable.
Despite further emails from me I've had no further reply yet.
Now 24 Aug and still no bike or when it will be delivered.

Great products quick delivery

I ordered the Thule T6 tailgate bike rack. I wanted the black and silver rack. The photo on your website showed this. A full black one was delivered. Very dissatisfied. I would recommend ringing before you order anything as website is mis leading.

The item was not in stock but I was kept informed and once it was available delivery was prompt and the item well packed

Didn't have the greatest experience from start to finish! Bought via C2W scheme. Had to call after 4 weeks as heard nothing and had been moved to progressed and lost in the system. Pre warning C2W your expected to pay for delivery. I requested white glove which means built upon arrival, he turned up boxed and no pedals! Back on the phone to get sorted and specialized sent pedals which should have been alloy to go with my frame. They turned up and were cheap plastic ones! Back on phone again, specialized sent out correct ones and was told they had gone missing from my original bike.
I also had an accessories order bike hut and even that part went wrong. Ordered right handed bottle rack, got a left. Order what I thought was a bargain diamond bike lock and a gold arrived. Phoned bike factory they sent out the correct rack and informed me there website was incorrect for the bike lock.
Not the greatest experience from bike factory or specialized. Glad I called as the deductions from my salary had happened without having the bike!
To be fair to Graham from bike factory, he got things sorted straight away and waived the delivery fee and couldn't apologise enough for the inconvenience

Great speed of delivery and also when I received the wrong colour helmet they sent a replacement out straight away, even before I had returned the wrong one. Would not fault these guys and will definitely use again.

Just bought an Orbea e-mtb from Bike Factory; I'm not local and had chosen them because of good price. Helpful and informative when I ordered. Very good liaison with bike makers in Spain, transport into U.K. and final delivery to me. Grahame kept on top of the process, including fitting dropper when they received the bike. Great delivery service from Bike Services UK - fast and helpful in setting up. Highly recommended.
