I needed an adaptor plate for my Haibike Alltrack 6 so I could attach a kickstand. The adaptor part number was supplied by Haibike support so I know it was correct for the bike, The stand was a direct mount 18mm spacing from Pletscher, suitable for an ebike. The only issue was the kickstand came with M5 bolts and the adaptor plate required M6 bolts. I got some bolts from Screwfix and everything went together as intended because the holes in the kickstand were large enough for M6 and allowed the larger bolt to go through. I don't know if M5 is a standard size for direct mount kickstands or whether there is an even mix of M5 and M6 solutions, it would have been better if both types of bolt had been supplied.

I cannot fault this company. I saw a bike online and wanted some more information, so called the company. The employee was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After I’d ordered the bike I saw it reduced by 10% online. I called the Bike Factory and spoke to a different employee, who was also extremely helpful, and refunded the money within a couple of hours.

My bike arrived today, and I’m extremely happy with it. It rides beautifully. I had to phone The Bike Factory with a query about charging and, once again, I spoke to a really helpful man.

I would definitely recommend this company. Excellent service.

I have been a customer of the Whaley Bridge Bike Factory for almost eleven years. During that time I have experienced polite yet friendly and efficient service from all within at all times. I have found that their advice and product knowledge is consistently reliable and their bike servicing is prompt and efficient.

Some years ago I took in my then 22 year old GIANT for major repairs to its transmission, which to my shame was in a sorry state. Three or four years ago I decided to invest in an E-bike and after some thorough advice and a test ride I settled on a Batribike Delta Plus. This bike has been a delight ever since.
