It took alot of time to actually be able to place the order,after 2 phone calls was able to get my information excepted.Not being a person who does any on line purchases, plus not living in Austalia it was a challenge. Once the order was excepted the delivery was terrific, the person got it the next day,originally was told it would take 2-3 days.Used your site as was told it was a safe site to use,being important with all the scams there are.

Damaged outer layer
I just received two hampers which I received today, I’m not happy they were gifts for a Surgeon and a Specialist. Australia post stuck big ugly stickers on the front that I can’t remove and one of the boxes was damaged. I sent an email off to Hampers Emporium asking for two new boxes to be sent explaining they were gifts and they refused to send them saying the outer box was for protection 😡😡😡😡 I tried to open the damaged box to make sure things were not broken inside and completely ruined the box what a freaking waste of money I’ll have to try and find another box or re order from somewhere else I’m sooo angry with this company … I thought I was ordering from Brisbane but instead it came from NSW. Please don’t buy from this company they are just money hungry thieves. .

I paid for a specific date to a…
I paid for a specific date to a business address and it was attempted delivery at 6.am outside any normal business hours on a Wednesday. then the following day Thursday I was advised it would be delivered, I called late afternoon and was told it would not be coming today but the following day Friday.. Friday came and went and we still did not have the parcel. I received a call from the Courrier on a Saturday 4 days after the required date with him looking for our clinic inside the shopping center The courier made comment that we were difficult to locate. The box came damaged and wet from the weather.

Product is good but delivery with Aust Post extremely disappointing
Hamper was ordered as a Birthday gift & was scheduled to arrive on the 20/10/26. It is now almost 8 days after that date & there is still no sign of it. I understand that the delivery is via Australia Post but given how unreliable Aust Post can be, the whole experience has been extremely disappointing. Please don't use Australia Post as I have ordered your hampers in the past & have been very happy with your product but not the delivery service.
