Unfortunately the hamper was not…
Unfortunately the hamper was not delivered despite the person being home. They went to send it again the next day, however I knew they were not going to be home on this day and advised them. They then take back to warehouse. I got a refund but not for the delivery (which was expensive). Organised through another website and didn’t have any problems. Will never use again…

Australia Post does not deliver to door
I ordered the hamper for delivery to Sutton Forest to a friend who is recovering from a health issue. They live on acerage and I had expected that delivery would be to their front gate as a surprise gift. Instead, I received a text advising that the hamper needed to be collected from Moss Vale Post Office. I then had to text my friend to have her husband collect the hamper which is a 15 min drive. Inconvenient for the recipient and embarrassing for me.

Thank you so much for your feedback, and we’re sorry the delivery wasn’t quite what you had planned for such a thoughtful gift. Sutton Forest is a regional/highway mail service location where Australia Post services addresses via roadside delivery, so parcels are redirected automatically to the nearest post office for collection. Unfortunately, these arrangements are set by Australia Post and are outside our control once the parcel leaves our warehouse. Thank you for your feedback.
