Quality Grading not accurate, not to expected Grade A standard.
The phone itself was the product with the features I was seeking. I take issue that the condition sold was Grade A. I have bought from other sellers with lower used quality ratings and the screen was in near perfect condition. With tier1online I received a body with sticker residue and the screen itself with 15-20 surface micro scratches, certainly not Grade A. More like B or C+. If I bought from tier1 again I would be highly sceptical of their used quality grading.

Defect on receipt repaied quuckly.
I have used Tier1 online previously and as my previous laptop was well past its sell by date I decided to shop with them again. I ordered an A grade Lenovo laptop with a more modern specification. The laptop arrived as scheduled, well packaged and protected. I set it up quickly and loaded my accounts, only to discover the following day that the top would not close properly to the bottom as the screen surround was sticking proud preventing it, leaving a gap between the top and bottom. I contacted Tier1 and they agreed it was something they should address and arranged a DPD collection. The laptop was collected, repaired and received again all within a week, a great turnaround and all now looks fine.

I would definitely use Tier1 to buy a recon laptop again
I was recommended to tier1 by my old IT manager who uses them to buy reconditioned laptops for his clients. I found the website easy to navigate and the listing of the spec easy to follow. I did phone the company for confirmation on one laptop which didn't list which version of bluetooth was installed but after speaking to someone who promised to phone me back but didn't I made another choice (hence only 4 stars). The laptop arrived quickly and was well packaged. The spec is as I ordered and at a brilliant price (under £300). I have recommended Tier1 to a couple of friends who need to update their home laptops.
