First class service
Purchased threshold drainage channels via their ‘easy to use’ on line system. Quality product arrived well packaged and on time.
Had a minor hiccup with just one item of the Order.This was swiftly rectified over the phone with the Office Manager who dispatched a replacement item straightaway.
All in all a most efficient provision of a quality product.
Highly recommended.

Incomplete delivery and still awaiting…
Incomplete delivery and still awaiting the outstanding items. Two items damaged (but usable because either the inlet isn't being used or damaged pipe being used for cut sections)
Thanks for your response. I advise that you a) don't send out a request for a rating until you have completed the any outstanding queries b) take up the score with your delivery courier company who are the ones reflecting on you.
Monday 10 March, delivery is now complete. Thank you for your assistance. I hope you have managed to talk to your courier company.

Thank you for sharing your feedback - I'm sorry to hear that your order arrived incomplete and that some of your items arrived damaged.
We've investigated this matter and the order was dispatched from our warehouse in full. It appears you have already been in touch with our service team, who have advised that one item was lost by the courier during transit to yourself, however the agent has already arranged to have a replacement shipped from our warehouse, which should be arriving with you in the next day or so.
We use third-party couriers to ship our products, owing to the size of some of the items we sell, and damage in transit is an unfortunate side-effect of this process. Despite this, we offer an easy, completely free-of-charge replacement policy for these circumstances, as we believe we have a duty to supply you with quality products in top condition. Please feel free to reach out to us should you wish to utilise this service, and we're happy to help.
We feel that a one-star review is unfair, as these grievances appear to be directed at the service provided by the transport company, than the quality of the products themselves and the service provided by ourselves. Despite this, we appreciate any and all feedback in order to improve our service moving forward.

Although more expensive than other online suppliers i chose trade pipes due to the bad reviews of the other companys. The pipe came within a few days which was fine as i ordered well in advance.Driver was great and everthing was correct and no damaged goods. You get what you pay for.Im a trades person and trade pipes was still better priced than my builders merchant.
