Thank you for sharing your feedback - I'm sorry to hear that you are having some trouble locating this order, though a little surprised at having received this.
Your order was placed with us on the 29th April, and dispatched from our warehouse the following day on a 24-hour service, and you would have received a dispatch email from us to advise of the same. Additionally, you should have received contact from our courier, DPD, by SMS message to advise you of a 1-hour delivery timeslot on the day of delivery, which we feel is sufficient communication for our customers.
We've checked the tracking information this morning, and the goods appear to have been delivered the following morning by our courier. One of our team has now reached out to you via email with the relevant proof of delivery documents.
Furthermore, we've checked our records, and can find no sign of you having contacted us by email at any point. Please let us know which email address this was sent to so that we might investigate this further, as we aim to respond to all queries within the same working day they are received.
We hope that after liaising with our customer service department, you might consider revising this review once you have managed to locate the goods. Regardless, we appreciate any and all feedback in order to improve our service moving forward.

Very good experience, order arrived with a couple a bits missing and a damaged item. Customer service was excellent and sorted the problem very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Good experience overall
Tradepipes website was clear and ordering quite straightforward. Drainage parts came in 2 packs. First pack (couplings) was delivered promptly. However, the 3m lengths did not accompany these. I called Tradepipes who were most helpful and gave assurance they were on the case, contacting the carrier. The remaining parts arrived a few days later. I'm very happy with the service and outcome.

Thank you for sharing your feedback - I'm sorry to hear that you are still awaiting delivery of this order, though a little surprised at the brevity of this review, given you have spoken with our service team several times this week about your order.
As you are aware, you received a partial delivery of this order several days ago, with the remainder due to arrive on a pallet - for which we sent out tracking details to you at the beginning of the week. As we discussed yesterday morning, this was due for delivery to you yesterday, however on investigation today it appears that the delivery vehicle was delayed yesterday afternoon, and was thus unable to make the delivery as scheduled. Due to this delay, the courier has marked this delivery as a priority this morning, and we expect this to be with you in the next two hours.
We feel that a one-star review is unfair, as you have failed to mention any of our previous correspondence and made it seem like you've been given no information as to the whereabouts of this delivery, which is certainly not the case. Despite this, we appreciate any and all feedback in order to improve our service moving forward.

Regards Trade Pipes, they had them item available, website is easy to navigate. Only one comment is the shipping costs where higher then I expected.
