We regret to learn that your experience with our platform was confusing.
Upon reviewing your transaction timeline, we observed that your buyer made the payment for the ticket late in the evening of October 14, 2023. We proceeded to release the payout to you on October 15, 2023. According to our records, the funds were credited to your account early in the morning on October 17, 2023. The entire process, from receiving the funds from the buyer to the payout, took a little over 2 days. We attempted to contact you via email to confirm that this timeline reflected your experience accurately but unfortunately, we did not receive a response.
It is important to note that, as a global payment processor, we adhere to stringent security and compliance procedures to ensure the safety of our users and their funds. These procedures are dictated by our partner Stripe, one of the most reputable and reliable payment platforms in the world. As a result of these procedures, most payouts typically take 1 to 2 days to settle into the Seller's bank account. However our Terms of Service must cover our most extreme and rare cases, and this is why they state that payouts may take up to 5 to 7 days to settle, although such instances are uncommon.
We appreciate your feedback, and we continuously strive to improve our service. Although your feedback does not seem to align with the reality of your experience, it certainly highlights an opportunity for improvement in the clarity of our supporting documentation regarding the timeline for a straightforward transaction settlement.
