Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We're really pleased to hear that you've had positive and satisfactory experiences with TrustATrader for your electrician. We're sorry to learn that your recent attempts to contact traders didn’t receive the responses you expected.
While all our members are committed professionals, response times can vary depending on demand, particularly for services like roofing during busy periods. That said, we completely understand how frustrating it can be not to receive a reply, and we’re actively working to improve the responsiveness of our messaging system.
If you would like to let us know which traders you contacted, we can investigate this further for you. Please feel free to get in touch by emailing us at complaints@trustatrader.com or calling 01438 905014.
Thanks again for your continued support and for bringing this to our attention
