Plumber via a trade organisation
Having tried (and failed miserably) with other online trade organisations I was very pleased with Trust a Trader
Having been let down on four occasions with no show plumbers when Martyn Monkhouse (from Warrington) turned up to quote the jobs and provide a reasonable quote and breakdown
The work was carried out with great professionalism and to estimate, Martyn cleaned up and we were very pleased with the job

Hello Paul,
You contacted us in early December 2024 and decided to join TrustATrader. After successfully completing our vetting process, your membership went live later that month.
At TrustATrader, we do not cold call potential members—every member contacts us directly to enquire about joining. We also do not operate an automatic renewal system. Throughout each membership, our team is available to provide support whenever it is needed.
As your membership approached its end, we contacted you in December 2025 to discuss renewal. At that time, 91% of members chose to renew their membership. However, you advised us that the service had not worked for your business and decided not to renew.
We respect your decision and wish you and your business every success in the future.
Kind regards,
The TrustATrader Team
