I ordered my tub on line and within minutes a gentleman rang to say he had 1 ready and 2 days later I was sitting in my new lovely tub chair.

Great fast service, kept up to date with delivery. Lovely chair, it did smell a bit for a few days, but some fabric freshener sorted that. Easy to assemble, very pleased with it.

Ordered on line, received a phone call within an hour organising delivery. Delivered by dpd with a 2 hour slot. Lovely little chair, looks well made, and quite comfortable, very pleased. Excellent service!

I placed my order on line. Had a confirmation email as well as a phone call to confirm my order and explaining despatch and delivery. Delivery was as promised and my tub chair is fab, sturdy and strong. It goes really well in the room I wanted it for. Excellent service from start to finish

First time using this company and impressed. Ordering was straightforward, delivery time was quick and the chair itself is great for the place I had in mind. Only minor gripe is that the seat pad is a little firm.

Excellent product and service.
The Windsor tub chair is great as an accent or occupational chair. A little too small for all day use. A bit hard to start with but softens with use.
Communication with the company couldn't be better. Phoned me to confirm my order, responded to my email to change the delivery address.

Ordering this chair was easy through the website but I also had a query about delivery. I was very pleased to be able to phone and speak with a person rather than an on line chat service. Everything about this company was excellent from ordering, delivery and indeed the tub chair itself.

Very efficient

Excellent delivery service, product arrived in immaculate condition and well packaged. The only thing I had to do was attach the legs. This is excellent value for money and is perfect for small rooms I would highly recommend especially as there is a range of colours to suit.
