Lack of TUI Flights Disappointing

I Loved booking with TUI - However the lack of TUI run flights from Ireland will have us looking elsewhere to book for 2028. (unless it improves) One of the main reasons we starting booking with TUI was we loved the complete package with included TUI flights. This year our flights are with Ryan Air and we are already having seating issues. There is no advantage in booking with TUI now over another travel agent in Ireland.

Ruined Holiday

I booked a holiday, and the money was deducted from my account instantly. Right after the payment, I was redirected to a page saying “Confirming your flights,” but nothing was happening.

I called customer service the next day, and they admitted it was an issue on their end. They told me the payment would be refunded, but it’s now been a week and I still haven’t received my money back.

Because my funds are tied up, I can’t book another holiday, and prices have already started increasing. Thanks for ruining my summer. Very disappointing experience.

We understand how disappointing this must be, especially when you're unable to make alternative travel plans while waiting for the funds to be returned. Following the issue with your booking, a refund was arranged; however, it shouldn't normally take this long to reach your account.

If you'd like to give us another call, we'd be happy to look into the current status of the refund and provide as much information as possible. Depending on where the payment is in the process, it may also be worth contacting your bank, as delays can occasionally occur after the refund has been issued on our side.

Smooth experience and cheaper than booking direct

Tui Poor Service ..Gave a poor review through Trust pilot …

Gave a poor review through Trust pilot over a bad experience with transfers on holidays that actually occurred 2 years in a row .
Response from Tui was that they requested booking details through Trustpilot to investigate .
No request for booking details was ever made to us ...

I’m staying TUI SUNEO costa mare suites…

I’m staying TUI SUNEO costa mare suites for 2 weeks and I had the best time the staff of hotel were so helpful and friendly, the entertainment team were brilliant, the show at night and the activity during the day were amazing and the leader of team was amazing, he really put all the work in to make the day amazing , the bar staff were amazing, I miss the hotel already but I’ll be back in October

Double deposit .. system fault!

I do a holiday on line, paid my deposit, but didn’t get any confirmation.
Rang the office, she could see no booking… my bank showed money taken. The lady rebooked my trip and I had to pay a deposit again… on Monday the original money was found and transferred to the new booking.

Didn't know that morning how good that day would be

I needed to cancel a much anticipated cruise trip. I had paid a large deposit and was unhappy about having to walk away from it.
I spoke with staff from the TUI staff from Wilton in Cork, who went out of their way to help me. They suggested that apart from a modest fee to cover admin I could use the balance of my deposit against a city break. I was absolutely delighted, and look forward to visiting Lisbon in November.
