Dublin to Palma
Myself and my husband flew out from Dublin to Palma airport yesterday and from the very beginning we had a great experience with tui, we had a short delay (understandable it's July delays are expected) but the staff were at the gate keeping everyone updated constantly, then we boarded, took to our seats and while waiting for out slot to take off the captain came over the intercom as per normal but captain Ian was so funny he made everyone giggle then the cabin crew in-flight went around i was asked if I wanted something special with my tea (she knows what that special thing was 😉🙈) but we laughed so much it really made our flight so enjoyable. So to Tui i bow and applaud you for your lovely staff and thank you Ian, stewie from tui, and off course the beautiful Ledge for a wonderful flight to Palma xx

Called in to TUI in Wilton and met a lovely girl Faye who helped me book a 4 night break to Nice.
Faye couldnt have been more helpful and a great way about her.
Needless to say we had a great time in Nice and will be booking again inbthe future with TUI

When I bookmy holiday last june 2025 i received a email telling me the flight time was chaged to late afternoon witch ment I was getting to my destination late that night and then the flight for home we were picked up at 7-40 AM early morning .We got no breakfast only tea & toast as the night porter had to start the toaster for us l was very disappointed with the flight times changing as my hiliday was cut short
