I have boked with TUI for a number of years. I cannot fault the TUI team in the Cork Office, especially Faye in faciltating our family holiday for 7 people. She went above and beyond to search for all possible options to suit our requirements and we cannot thank her enough! I had to ring up twice about two…
I had to ring up twice about two separate issues and I was really impressed with how they were handled. On the first occasion I rang on a Sunday and the lady I spoke to (Gretta) said she needed to speak to her manager but she would call me the next day. Usually when a company says this I never hear back, but she called as promised and went above and beyond to solve my issue. The other problem was just a change of phone number which was also dealt with efficiently.
