Our experience with UDOOR was excellent We would recommend them to anyone needing work done The product and the fitting was perfect We are delighted with it all The fitter was very polite and hard working He did an excellent job Everything was left clean and tidy We'll done!

Had a door fitted in my bath by Peter from u door brilliant job very pleased left it spotless would highly recommend

Udoor provided an excellent customer experience from my initial enquiry, where Faye patiently answered all my questions, based on photos I sent of my own bathroom, to the finished product installed by Czaba, the engineer who inspected and assessed before making his decision to install the U-door and explained how it worked. The price was great, the installation took approximately 5 hours (less than a day!) and the final clean and tidy was very professional. I would highly recommend you consider the Udoor option before you spend a lot of money redesigning your bathroom to convert to a walk in shower room/wet room which were the only other options available to me - expensive and 2 weeks of disruption! However, my bathroom was immaculate so didn’t require all this expense and upheaval - just walk in access into the tub. I am delighted. Oh - there’s a 10 year guarantee as well. Would be terrific if they would train engineers in Scotland to do this work.

Absolutely brilliant, Janos Csudom turned up within the timeframe and informed me, the job will take approximately five hours. He has just spent 3 1/2 hours on the road coming here. He started to work straight away did not stop until the job was complete. The door in the bath has solved a massive problem which would be trying to sort out with various persons coming to suggest types of showers but none could accommodate the limited space that was available (appropriate 6 by 4ft ). My wife is now happy she’s able to enter the bath without the fear of falling over.
The bonus, the bathroom was left clean and tidy.
Thank you Janos for a job well done.

Our experience with Udoor Ltd has been 100% satisfactory from telephone conversations with the office to completion of our bath access door and frame by Richard, the fitter, who was friendly and courteous at all times. The work took about 5 hours and the workmanship was first class and the bathroom was left in first class condition. Based on our experience, we have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We were looking into having a walk-in shower fitted when I came across UDoor. I'm so glad I did. Booking with Faye was very straightforward. We had our door fitted on Tuesday by Janos. My husband & I were very impressed with how respectful Janos was of our property even wearing shoe protectors. He worked very efficiently & finished the job in just over four hours. He left the place absolutely spotless! There was no disruption or mess. It will make life so much easier & safer going forward not to have to climb over the bath. This has saved us a lot of money not having to refit the whole bathroom. I would highly recommend Udoor.

It was so easy to arrange a visit and the door fitting was carried out in half a day. Richard was polite, helpful and left the room spotless as if the door had always been there.

Csaba came on Friday to fit the door in our bath. He was friendly and very professional. There was no mess whatsoever. Wr would highly recommend them. Used the bath on Sunday to get into the shower and what a difference to having climb into the bath.

Excellent workmanship! Having a door fitted has made our lives so much easier and safer! A fantastic product
The young man who carried out the work was very professional polite and extremely careful ensuring all was left clean.

From start to finish this has been an excellent example of good communication, customer service and first class workmanship. Having found this company and being sceptical at first we decided it was the way to go as we needed to change our bathroom to an accessible shower due to mobility problems making climbing into the bath untenable. From first contact by Faye to the completion of the task of turning our bath into a walkin was a wait of only 4 weeks. We opted to have an opening rather than a door. The actual installation was booked for 2nd October. Richard, contacted us that morning to let us know his eta. When he arrived he explained the process and said it would take 4 to 6 hours to complete. He finished in 5 hours then cleaned up and said we needed to wait 24 hours for the installation to cure before use. Payment was only taken after the job was done to our satisfaction. This morning we were able to use it for the first time. It is so easy to just step into the bath with no wobbling or climbing with the risk of falling. I cannot praise this company enough. A great solution to a problem which was completed in a quick and efficient way. Thank Udoor you have made our lives so much easier. Highly recommended.

We had one fitted last week. From booking on the phone to fitting only took three days! A very polite and experienced fitter came and within 6 hours it was all finished. Nothing was too much trouble for him. There was no mess, and he left everything really clean. The door has made showering a lot easier for my husband who was struggling to get into the bath. Thank you UDOOR I will recommend you.

Really happy with by Udoor fitted today by Richard. He explained everything he was going to do and did an amazing job. He left my bathroom immaculate. He was a very thorough and pleasant engineer. Thank you to Fay for fitting us in at such short notice. I would definitely recommend Udoor

I had my bath door fitted on Monday 7th by Richard, he was very helpful and he explained everything he was doing. He cleared everything up after he had finished and even wiped the floor over! Thank you very much!

We had udoor fitted in our bathtub back in June, and it is honestly one of the best modifications we've done to our home. My mum struggles with standard bathtubs now after multiple leg injuries, so I wanted something that would help her. This is the perfect solution.
Csaba was the guy who fitted ours, and he was very pleasant, and extremely hard working (this was during a heat wave, around 34 degrees so fair play to him).
He explained everything he was going to do before he started, and kept me updated throughout the process. The final product is amazing, my mum finds it so, so much easier now getting in and out the bath/shower.
Oh and it is 100% watertight, finally had a bath now the weather is cooler.

Richard arrived just after 0815 as suggested by his phone call message....in spite of very heavy traffic coming from near Gatwick

He was very polite, pleasant and open to occasional chat, but clearly with a job to do and finish before leaving us just after 1400

Richard worked hard and well and one of the cleanest workmen we have had! Everything was spick and span when he left

The new door fitted into our existing bath looks good and we are sure will perform well, once the 24hour settling- in has passed

Thank you Richard for a job well done! May you continue to do many more to delight lots of old folks who can't easily use their existing door-less bath!

Had a udoor fitted on 18th August & wow!! What a difference it has made, no more struggling to get in/out the bath,Csaba explained everything that he was going to do. Very polite friendly guy.Would highly recommend Udoor UK to anyone thinking of having it done.

I have just had a UDOOR fitted and couldn't be more pleased with the result. In order to get in and out of the shower safely I thought I would have to replace my bath with a walk in shower, an expensive and time consuming process which would also mean digging a channel into my newly tarmacadamed drive! I didn't want the disruption or the expense as there was nothing wrong with my bathroom so I contacted UDOOR. Janos the fitter arrived on time and worked solidly to fit a door and new bath panel in 6 hours. The finish is impeccable and the door looks as if it is part of the original bath. Janos cleaned up beautifully, not a scrap of mess. Most importantly, I can now access my bath safely without having to swing my legs over the bath. Showering is a doddle . I am so pleased I came across their Web site and would heartily recommend this company.

From start to finish the ordering and installation were straightforward. All contact on line,on the phone and in person was polite, clear and efficient. I'm very pleased with my bath door and would recommend this company and their product. It has made such a difference to my life. The installation was done in a morning and everything left clean and tidy.

The Udoor process from start to finish was quite astonishing. I am 83 yrs old and have had many excellent tradesmen doing various jobs over my lifespan. Csaba is definitely in the top ten. He was very skilled, polite and never stopped working until he completely finished the job. Spotless everywhere when he was done and lots of smiles when he saw how pleased we were. To say I would recommend Udoor to anyone is an understatement. They are a wonderful company, transparent with everything and quite reasonable with prices. Well done Csaba and thank you!!

Installation was carried out very professionally and diligently with no mess left behind. Our installer was polite and amiable, and we are extremely pleased after having used our Udoor for several days. Additionally we have been relieved not to have had the expense or disruption of having a new bath fitted with a door built in. The whole process of using the existing bath is very impressive. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.
