My whole experience is positive: from the quality of the door to the professionalism of the installer, Janos Csudom. It has been a pleasure to deal with this company and I am delighted with the outcome
The job was completed on time and with no mess.

What a good job you're engineer did to the bath he was clean and tidy left no rubbish behind made a big difference to the bath would definitely recommend you keep up the good work thank you so much one happy customer

Wow. What a find. I needed something to help my elderly Dad get in and out of the bath to have a shower rather than him using a step stool and help from others. After searching I found UDOOR and I'm so glad I did. Dad now has his independence back and can safely get in and out of the bath to have a shower on his own.
From the start of the process to installation was flawless and the Fitter was brilliant. He showed Dad how the door worked with a model door and explained the guarantee etc.
Recommend UDOOR.

Professional from start to finish, the fitter (Csaba) was polite, friendly and helpful. He explained everything in detail, and cleaned up after the job was completed, you wouldn't have known he'd been here. I'm so happy with the work, and over the moon that I can now access the shower without a struggle. Fabulous job done and fabulous service....highly recommend.

My experience was excellent. The fitter Csaba was polite and helpful. He did a fantastic job was professional and respectful. The bathroom was left clean and tidy. Very good alround.

Janos arrived on time, was polite and explained the procedure. He did an excellent job, great care was taken to leave the bathroom tidy. I am one very happy customer.

Csaba messaged me with his expected arrival time and got to my house promptly. He got to work immediately and completed the job in four and a half hours. He explained what he was going to do and showed me how to use the door. My bathroom was left spotless when he finished. I'm very pleased with the finished work which will make it much easier for me to access my bath.

My UDOOR experience could not have been better.
It was installed very efficiently by a very pleasant young man who explained everything. Great care was taken to protect the bath. After 7 hours of work the bathroom was neat and tidy. The door is of really good quality.
I am delighted with the result.

From the delightful Fay with perfect telephone manor to the installation that was earlier than first promised leaving the bathroom spotless after fitting impossible to fault the service in any way.

Thank you Fay and to fitter Richard for such a professional and helpful service, we so appreciate the earlier appointment too. Having Udoor fitted has made such a different for my Dad who had a fall a short time ago getting out of the bath. Going to be so helpful in the future. Also Richard left the area spotless. Thank you Kim, Essex

My experience was excellent. From the time I placed my order to the completion of my door was fantastic. The fitter, Csaba, was polite and helpful. He did a fantastic job. He was professional and respectful. The bathroom was left clean and we are very happy all round. A BIG THANK YOU TO UDOOR!!!!

Right from start to finish, the process was brilliant - instant confirmation of the order and a short wait time for installation. The installer was friendly and professional and left the bathroom very clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend udoor.

When I first came across UDOOR I contacted them and sent them photos of the bathtub to ask about the work. They got back to me promptly and were very thorough with what work was involved, options available, etc and found my photos really helpful and explained this over the phone clearly. In my case they did not need to visit prior to the work. On the day of the job all went very well as the person doing the work went over the options and then the work was carried out just as I wanted it done. My mum was very pleased with the work and can now get into the bathtub. An excellent company that has provided excellent service and workmanship. Highly recommend this solution.

Courteous, Punctual, very efficient. Janos said it would take 5 hours and it did, to the minute!
Excellent workmanship and site left immaculate.

This company was very easy to deal with from ordering to installation. The engineer Csaba was very efficient explaining everything and carrying out the installation.
Will highly recommend as this saves thousands of pounds keeping your own bath and no tiling, the door fits seamlessly and looks very modern.

After a delayed date Faye gave us a different date Csaba came as promised and I must say both my husband I are over the moon with the Udoor it is a joy to be able to get in and out of the bath with ease also Csaba was very competent and helpful

Everything about my experience was excellent
I had ordered a udoor because of my arthritis
Unfortunately just before it was fitted I had hurt my back
CSABA just got on with the job which took about fourplus hours. He was very friendly and competent and the job is perfect can’t wait to use

Very professional and polite young man well happy with the job and all nice and tidy when completed

Excellent from start to finish.
The installer Csaber was polite efficient and left the bathroom spotless when he had finished the installation.
I would highy recommend.

Janos arrived at the prescribed time and worked solidly for 5 hours! He left the bathroom spotless and explained exactly what he was going to do and showed us how to operate the door before he fitted it! He did an amazing job and was so polite and informative. A great experience and it is a game changer for us! We both have arthritis and had a problem accessing the bath - no longer a problem. We now have a usable shower and a bath! win win!!
