Worst solicitors in uk please stay away from them they will tell you what you need to hear before taking fees. I wanted to appeal on my case and they take my case as they going to appeal But once fee is paid as £1000 they said they suggest to reapply then I asked Them for refund and they have a different team for refund which never answer their phone it has been 8 months they haven’t paid refund back hope Bushra the owner of this firm become rich like that god knows how I earn money god is watching everything.

You have been very quick to take my money with all of your false promises only to go radio silent on me for weeks despite follow up emails. When I did ring to cancel I was told to speak to the accounts department who told me that a client care letter was sent to my email according to the system, and then corrected, sorry no it wasn't it was posted out to you (not received). For an urgent visa application you have completely side-lined my case and now coming up with a barrage of excuses - this has cost me a huge amount of money, grief and is completely unacceptable !!! Such an unprofessional telephone manner and speaking to me with a condescending tone. No refund and now I must place an extremely important visa application in the hands of a lazy and incompetent law firm with a complete disregard to their clients' circumstances. I do not want to continue, I would like a full refund!

My wife and I contacted UKvisasolution for help with applying for her UK spouse VISA. They were very sales oriented in gaining our trust and saying all the right things. We paid £750 upfront to engage their services....however at no point were we made aware that we weren't actually getting their service, and this isn't made clear on their website either. UKvisasolution essentially acts as a sales and marketing middleman to pass VISA applicant cases onto small and incompetent firms.

We were passed off onto Newberry Legal ltd who were awful to deal with from the outset, didn't return calls or emails, and made numerous mistakes with my wife's case...the caseworker was useless and frequently forgot or didn't record details...the head lawyer was no better, rude and arrogant throughout.

We decided to cease our dealings with both Newberry and UKvisasolutions before our application was complete or any documents actioned, the only work carried out was the issue of an incorrect client care letter.

Both firms were then very unclear and unco-operative regarding pursuing a refund.

Fast forward 5 WEEKS and we have finally been told in writing that we will get £500 of our £750 back...despite no real work being carried out.

UPDATE- Ukvisasolution refer's its victims to two "law firms". As of Jan 2019 Newberry Legal ltd has been dissolved, and Burlow and Spencer are under investigation.

Both firms are linked to the same people that run ukvisasolution as a facade from "one source solicitors" in Manchester. UKvisasolutions address in Kemp house in London is a virtual address in an empty building.

Putting this out there as a warning so that others don't fall victim...people have lost thousands of pounds through this scam outfit targeting vulnerable and naive customers.

This company has built a facade of perfect reviews. They are not solicitors they are mediators. They forward your calls to voicemail the minute you realize this, and after you have paid . Thank you for reading .
