Thankyou for the advice for buying my first pair of proper running trainers! The size guide proved to be very helpful! Also great discount on Hokas!

Excellent service. Delivered very quickly.

Impressive service; first ever pair of Hoka shoes ordered early Tuesday morning, shipped later that same day and arrived on Thursday - they even shipped in a paper (not plastic) outer bag, so environmentally friendly too! First run in the new Hoka's was 10km on Friday evening and felt fantastic.

Placed and order at 3:15 PM and chose Saturday delivery as it says on website order by 3 for next day, suzanne contacted me to confirm and I said I would have ordered for next day if I wasnt too late, suzanne changed it to next day delivery and waived the extra fee for me. Added to the fact the item I ordered was cheaper than anywhere else I saw it I will 100% use them again. 5 stars

Super Service. I got an email on my order and another to let me know my order had dispatched and delivery was really fast. A couple of days from order to delivery in Ireland.
Would 💯% recommend. 👍

Exactly what I wanted, low price & quick delivery. Would use again

Excellent service, fast return and refund when my shoes started splitting after 4 months of wearing and nearly 300k of running!

This was a suggested item for my foot issues, from my biomechanics expert. Delighted with the product and particularly the service - ordered Monday morning, arrived Tuesday lunchtime (first class Royal Mail). Also pleased that contact/ advice is offered if needed, I'll definitely use the site again.

Great service overall, would recommend

Fast shipping, Everything's great!

The products stocked are top class, and the service was excellent. On each occasion I've ordered, it has been dispatched the same day. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

This shop gets five stars for its product range.. it sells a lot of good stuff at reasonable prices.
But it gets one star for customer service. I ordered a pair of waterproof overtrousers. The shop and the website told me size L was 35-38" waist, perfect so I ordered a pair. But when they arrived they were size L all right but they were 34-36" and too tight.
I had a week to sort it out before I set off on a trek but despite a number of emails I could NOT get them to understand the problem at all. They just said, oh, send them back .. at my expense, and no useful suggestions as to what they would do then. And no apology for their mistake. Their website said XL was 39-42" which would be far too big but they would not tell me what they actually had in stock.
I have written it off to experience but I have learnt a lesson, which is not to trust anything this shop says about sizing. Only buy from them if you have plenty of time to sort out problems. And be prepared for them to blame someone else, either you, or the manufacturer, or both. Poor.

Sent me the wrong size socks initially, but when I pointed out their mistake (with a photo) they immediately sent the right pair by first class post, no argument. Can't complain at that.

Simply best place for advice and products. Keith is a total star and delivery and service always impeccable

Fantastic all round service, very user friendly website, incredible choice of running shoes. Very reasonable prices. Great communication, quick, free delivery. Nothing negative to say at all. Ordered my shoes about 10 days ago, received them within a couple of days, just ordered a pair now for my other half. Can definitely recommend.

Super fast delivery - package arrived within 3 days! To Bahrain! Really really pleased with my purchase and will definitely order online again.

Great range of products. Competitive pricing. Good customer service. Quick delivery. Thank you! Would definitely recommend.

Ultrarunning gear is rather niche and often very expensive. I've now made 3 orders through Ultramarathon Running Store and the process has been extremely smooth each time. I've found Hokas at a great price, and they have arrived quickly without any snags. It's great to support an independent outlet.

Always the best gear, best prices and super fast delivery! Perfect!

Quality gear, excellent service, great prices.
