Ich habe das erste Mal bei Urban etwas…
Ich habe das erste Mal bei Urban etwas gekauft/bestellt. Ich trage in der Regel Größe M/L.
In diesem Fall hatte ich mir einen Pulli in Größe L bestellt und diesen auch bekommen. In welchem Land dies jedoch eine L sein soll, ist mir nicht bekannt. Der Pulli ist so klein, als wäre er zu heiß gewaschen und dann nochmal in nen Trockner gesteckt wurde. Kein Wunder, dass es so viele Mädels mit nem geringen Selbstwertgefühl gibt. Positiv: Schnelle Lieferung und die Quali scheint auch zu stimmen.

Leider muss ich den Service sehr schlecht bewerten, da ein Teil nicht bei mir angekommen ist. Das fehlende Top wurde mir weder ersetzt, noch konnte mir das Geld zurück überwiesen werden da der Fehler angeblich nicht gefunden wurde. Ich bin Mega enttäuscht und werde hier auch nicht mehr bestellen

Vintage sektion
Ihr habt viele coole pieces, jedoch wäre es cool wenn man noch eine größere Ecke mit vintage Sachen hat. Außerdem sind die T-Shirts in der Männer Sektion nicht so gut, sie haben coole prints aber der fit ist sehr schlecht. Manchmal findet man ein oder zwei coole bei der vintage Stange aber sonst nichts.
