Keine Lieferung bekommen und keine Antwort vom Unternehmen! Schrecklich!!!
Ich habe mehr als 2 Wochen auf meine Lieferung gewartet! Bei meinem Sendestatus gab es keine Aktualisierung. Zwei E-Mail an den Support geschickt und eine über Instagram, mir der bitte zu schauen was mit meiner Lieferung ist. Keine Antwort! Heute bekommen ich eine Mail, das meine Rücksendung erhalten wurde. Was soll das? Ich habe nichtmal mein Paket bekommen, wie soll ich es zurücksenden!? Nie wieder bestelle ich nochmal!
