We recently purchased a car from V12 Stoke and were extremely impressed with the service we received from Jack Risso.

We were acknowledged as soon as we arrived, but never felt under any pressure. We had visited to view a particular vehicle and Jack gave us the keys so that we could look around it in our own time, letting us know that he was available if we had any questions or wanted further information.

Following a test drive, Jack took the time to discuss the vehicle with us in detail. As this was our first electric car, the battery health was particularly important, and he was able to provide this information alongside the vehicle’s full history. All of the relevant documentation was readily available for us to view during our visit, enabling us to make a properly informed decision. Every question we asked was answered clearly and without hesitation.

The level of service and information provided by Jack was in complete contrast to what we had experienced elsewhere during an entire weekend of car shopping. Even the main manufacturer’s dealership we visited in another town was unable to provide the same level of information or answer our questions as thoroughly.

Part-exchanging my own car was a difficult decision because I genuinely loved it but wanted to upgrade. V12 offered us what we considered to be a very fair price, which made the decision considerably easier.

The entire experience, from our initial visit through to completing the purchase, was excellent. Jack was professional, knowledgeable and approachable throughout, without ever being pushy. I called to collect my new vehicle from V12 Hinckley and had the following issues.

1 - Car jack and wheel change kit were promised but not in the car - the only option was to take it from my part ex car.
2 - Tyre compressor and accessories were promised but not in the car. They removed from other cars and put in my new one.
3 - Spare tyre had been included as requested but the boot floor would fit. So had to remove that.
4 - One of the two keys wouldn't open the new car -a new battery was needed and found in the office.
5 - Message to advise that a service is needed was displayed in the car - I wasn't made aware of that. V12 agreed to make a contribution to that cost - Still waiting for that money to be received 1 week later.
6 - I was asked to sign some handover paperwork for a different car, the V12 handover team member had not checked before giving it to me.
6 - Handover process took nearly 3 hours with all these issues.
7 - The whole V12 team appeared too busy, running around and not really in control.

In my opinion the sales team had not passed on what was agreed and the V12 team need to pay more attention and not just focus on a quick sale turnaround.

A great helpful experience

Me and my partner Shirley came to the workshop branch to view a smart for two car and where greeted by the lovely Kye who was polite and professional with us, no pushy sales tak tiks or upselling just pleastent vibes! Met a few members of the team while at the branch like manager Dean who made us feel more than welcome and supplied endless cups of tea, Ryan who spoke to us about his staffie biggie (my partner loves dogs). We didn’t go ahead with the car in the end as we are not currently ready financially for a new car but we know where and who to go to when we are, thankyou v12 :)

I found the process very straightforward, and everything was clearly explained without any hassle. Jamie was professional throughout and a pleasure to deal with, always approachable and friendly in answering any questions I had. It made the experience feel well-organised and simple. No complaints at all.

The process was really straightforward, and Ritchie was very helpful in answering all my questions. I had quite a few, as I’ve had a bad experience with Fords before, but he made everything easy to understand and was very approachable throughout. It felt like nothing was too much trouble. The whole thing felt professional and friendly, which put me at ease considering my past issues with buying a car. Unfortunately the car got me home 1 hour and 30 minutes away and the car showed multiple faults, not what I want after only just rejecting a car from fords for same reason, rang the company and they are send recovery tomorrow morning, cars should be fit for purpose before they leave the dealership!!! There was a AA report saying all was good. Very dangerous fault as car suddenly breaks on its own pulling us to one side, so what i thought was a good day after the nightmare ive gone through past few weeks has now put me back to square one, car less and feeling deflated that every one is just after your money and that's it,

Love my experience buy my new car

i purchased a plug in hybrid Skoda Octavia on 15th August 2026 with a glowing AA report.
unfortunately i purchased it through my limited company which take away my right of return!!!!
vehicle broke down within 1 week as the 12v battery failed and the was was recovered to a garage who fitted a new battery which v12 paid for (Thank You)
then the vehicle started experiencing major high voltage battery problems (PHEV BATTERY)
so again i contacted V12 and asked for help and they said book it in with a specialist !!
could only find Skoda main dealer who said i would have to pay £150 up front and could kook at it on 21st Sept so over 4 weeks away, so again i contacted V12 who told me they would find someone sooner and would call me back in 2 hours, this took 6 days and i was told they could not find a specialist that deals with PHEV vehicles, so again i called skoda who now could not investigate until 1st October so this left £10295 out of pocket for a car that did not drive for at least 6 weeks after purchasing it.
i tried to exchange for a dearer model with v12 but they didn't want a problem car back so basically TUF!
anyway to cut a long story short they offered me £285 for my hassle and i accepted it just to get rid of the nightmare and the stress
so today 9th sept i have sold the car to a advertised car buyer for £8600 so in just over 3 weeks i have lost £1695 plus the fact i had to put a full set of rear brakes on the car AA inspection showed all was fine so again long story short (these cowboys would sell you a dead horse and tell you it was sleeping) so steer clear at all cost because they JUST DON'T GIVE A DAMN ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY
