I am in Canada and I've noticed that about every 29 days this agency posts the same job multiple times for positions in several Canadian cities. For example, last month they posted a job for 'Accountant/bookkeeper - 6 Months to Perm' mentioning a workplace in Milton, then the same job was posted again for a workplace in Richmond Hill, then Burlington, then back to Milton, and also in Gatineau, Toronto, and Brampton. Just three days ago, they posted the same job again for a workplace in Mississauga. All these job postings have identical job descriptions and pay rates.
You can verify this by googling 'Accountant/bookkeeper - 6 Months to Perm,' which will list all the same jobs posted by Vaco by Highspring across multiple job boards and websites.
I think Vaco might be trying to build a candidates' database with non-existent jobs.
I would suggest being careful with this agency, as you may be exposing your resume to them for nothing.

I have never found a job using a recruiter. This company very recently reinforced my opinion. They are not interested in helping their candidates at all. Their primary goal is just to make a buck, and that’s it. They recently tried to place me in a consulting position, utilizing, another horrible company, ignite BA group headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Not only was Vaco dishonest and manipulative but Ignite ba Group treated me with such a lack of respect and integrity that I wish I could give them -10 stars. They outright lied about the person that I was going to be working with, just to get paid. Who in their right mind would want to work in a business owners personal home that is not air conditioned in this heat, has stairs to climb just to use a bathroom, and I was advised that the owner was also a recovering alcoholic. I would’ve been working with this ill mannered person all alone, his business has one star reviews, and he uses a UPS store as his work address. And you’re going to tell me that neither Vaco or Ignite ba Group didn’t know about this ? They shouldn’t be allowed to be in business.

Shame on them for taking advantage of people who are simply trying to find a job.
Things are tough in our economy and they just made it even harder.
