There was a coffee cup thrown in my back seat, a few scuffs or scratches on my hood and I never heard back about my damage report that I sent in to ask about.

The coffee cup is what bothers me most. It shows a lack of respect for someone, the fact they're a customer shouldn't even matter, it's just about being courteous.

Livingston provided me with efficient, professional, courteous, and respectful service whilst transporting my vehicle from Montreal, Quebec to Edmonton, Alberta. The rate was competitive but what struck me most was each individual I dealt with was very empathetic to how stressful a vehicular move can be and were more than accommodating with my requests and questions. Kudos to the Montreal (Jeans-Pierre and Marcel) and Edmonton team (Michelle and Katrina). Keep up the good work! I will definitely look to Livingston when moving another vehicle.

We needed to get my daughters car from Alberta to Ontario as she was moving back home. The staff at Livingston were amazingly helpful. They answered all of our questions (patiently) and we’re very helpful when we were anxious to get the car back before a snow storm hit. Great service and the best value ! Sent a car to New Brunswick and everything was as promised as well I checked premiums everywhere and this was by far the best price with great people to deal with. Will be using them again !

Shipped 3 cars from Calgary to New Brunswick.
Cars came super dirty (SUPER). From the 3 cars 2 suffered damage.
Bumper came broken and we have to submit a claim to them, second car had the antenna broken...I will take that one to don’t go with all the claim process for $60.
Moved across the country before with other company and this is the first time with issues.
Only 3 stars because from 3 cars, 2 came with damage...waiting for the claiming process to increase or decrease the review.

The claiming process was fast and painless. They were communicating with us and with the people that did the repair locally.
We sent pictures, all the documents and they process in less than a week.

We shipped two cars from Vancouver to Toronto. Everything went smoothly and the cars arrived in excellent condition, although it did take a few more days than expected.

My experience with Livingston has been amazing. The two Reps that i work with, Andria and Danielle are the most helpful and informative reps. I always have update in a timely manner and all my request are process in a timely manner.

I arranged to have my step-fathers' car shipped from Victoria BC to Toronto and went with Livingston after obtaining 3 quotes. What a great decision. Not only was Livingston the lowest of three but the entire process was excellent. Starting with the quote system, a number of follow up queries, submission of forms, payment process, tracking and face to face hand over of the vehicle, this company has it's act together!. I have never shipped a car before and this experience was so well handled from beginning to end, that if I was to need to ship a car again, hands down, I would use Livingston again.

Just letting you know I received my Michener Allen purchase the 2008 Suburban. I picked it up today at the CN Yard in Vaughan Ontario.
Thank you for a delivery well done, I was very impressed with the regular contact that Livingston kept with me throughout the whole process. Right after my October 28 purchase at Michener Allen in Edmonton the weather turned for the worst with a snow storm. The roads got to be in bad shape for travel and it was obvious to Katrina Hales of Livingstons that deliveries were going to get delayed, we were so impressed that we received instant warnings from her indicating that there would be a delay. We also received regular follow-up notices from Katrina to keep us informed as to how our delivery was moving along.
As soon as our delivery arrived at the CN Yard in Vaughan Ontario Katrina again sent an immediate email saying it was there, then later the same day we received a phone call from the Vaughan yard to tell us it was ready for pick-up. And not to leave out the staff at the Vaughan yard both in the office and the employees, they are all excellent in displaying the utmost courtesy and friendly atmosphere, they had us in and out with our vehicle purchase in good time.
Because I probably won’t take the time to write another letter like this for a long time I just want to add that 2 years ago one of my vehicle deliveries from Alberta received damage on its roof from the overhead hydraulic system either during the pickup point at Michener Allen or on the train. Not sure where or how it happened but upon noticing it on my visual inspection in the Vaughan Yard, the Livingston International staff told us to get 2 body shop quotes local to me and it would be completely looked after with no further questions asked, and that is the way it ended up.
Further more I want to add that we have used Livingstons International a number of times now but never thought about sending a note of thanks, but with such excellent service every time, I feel it’s due and it starts right from the time I call or text George Hutchison on his cel phone and tell him what I need. I can tell that George gets on it right away because the emails and order forms are to us within only hours of initial contact.
