I have to say the service you at Livingston provided both in Edmonton and also here in Vaughan has been wonderful.
I had called the Vaughan location several times before actually picking up my vehicle today and each time calling there I got Danielle who works the front desk Danielle was always a pleasure to deal with and so accomodating that I felt like I knew her for years. I wish all people
working with the public were as kind and professional as Danielle. Thank You, Kathy

I shipped my vehicle once and had no issues. When I moved again a few months later I dropped my car off to ship in clean condition. It was delayed and didn’t leave the grounds for several weeks. It was returned covered in dust inside and out and when the windshield was wiped clean a large crack covering the windshield was revealed. Livingston refused to pay the repair claiming it was my fault even after numerous technicians confirmed that something would have hit my car during transport. The customer service I received throughout the claim was ridiculous. I waited weeks for the claim to be “reviewed” and days and weeks between email responses, the last of which has been unanswered. Do not use this company.

Pre-delivery inspection is excessive. They want the car delivered clean so damage can be seen easily, but it arrives dirty which covers up any damage that may have occurred. They should wash it so it looks just like they got it.

I recently used Livingston Transportation to ship a car from Hamilton to Quebec City and I was very impressed with the quality of service.

Everyone I spoke to at Livingston, from the initial quote, to the dispatcher to the tow truck driver was courteous and professional. They showed up when scheduled and clearly communicated any changes to the process.

Great experience. It was an easy drop off and pick up. The customer care was very helpful in providing the updates for my vehicle. Although it took about 3 weeks from QC to BC, it came safe & sound and that is absolutely important to me.

Shipped my ford escape from Toronto to Vancouver. The vehicle arrived without any issues. The customer service was also friendly and polite. They also beat the competition by a few hundred dollars. Would recommend!

The waiting time is average, around a week. There was no prolem in shipping between BC to Ontario. The process is smooth.
However, I received the car with damages. The exhaust pipe is dented in and with scratches beside. I went to 2 auto shops and got quotes in around $2000. It has been 2 weeks and still no respond. Sent emails twice to the claim department and got no reply.
I am so mad right now. I paid the deductible and I feel like they are trying not to pay to repair my damages.
Will come back based on what’s following.

Reply received today. They have approved one of my quote, will be sending my car to auto shop and waiting for their payment.

The staff at Livingstone was friendly and competent and my new truck was sent safe and sound from Vancouver to Toronto without an issue. It was quick to offload and get it at the end too!

Entire process was smoother than I anticipated considering we had to move our vehicle from Ontario to BC. The check-in process at Vaughan terminal was very efficient and I liked that they really took time to examine every square inch of our car before signing paperwork. At one point it appeared that our car was going to be delivered a week later than originally anticipated, but communication with Livingston was effective and Merelene at the Vancouver office was very instrumental in getting our car delivered in time. My husband was able to receive it before leaving the country on a business trip. The transport driver from Delta to Kamloops was excellent at checking in on delivery day and gave us frequent updates about the arrival time despite having to navigate difficult road conditions. Overall, we were very impressed with Livingston and found their rate to be quite reasonable when compared with other vehicle transportation companies. We would definitely recommend Livingston.
