Had an issue with subscription and it was resolved so quickly. I was shocked. It's frustrating but honestly with in 24hrs it was sorted and items arrived. Thanks for the support

Bought 10 coffee flavour tubs. Used then all the time had problems with the first 3 tubs split pouches in them so I ask to change the 7 I didn't open and the 3 I opened with dust on them from broken pouches. I sent photos every thing to them and they offered me 1 tube to say sorry. I said that is not what I want I wanted a replacement. They said they would send return labels never heard from them since so going to open case with PayPal.

Yet again my old card details are being defaulted resulting in a subscription not being delivered. I am sick of trying to sort this out. Why don't Velo make their website as simple as others? This is the fourth month in a row, and it's getting tiresome to say the very least.

I had a problem with a delivery of an order which never arrived so I contacted customer service. Nora went above and beyond to fix this issue for me quickly and efficiently too. Best customer service I have ever received!

Had a problem when ordering my subscription which was split into 2 orders instead of 1 reducing the discount I received, got a response after 2 days offering a refund for the difference or 2 free box’s of my choice

Contacted customer services as courier informed me package damaged in transit and couldn’t deliver. Customer services sorted a replacement order quickly and incredibly helpfully. Great service

Made contact with customer services as one of the pouches had ruptured on arrival, I only wanted to know if it would be ok to use with the innards exposed on the other pouches. Very prompt responses and a replacement can in the post (unexpectedly). Very pleased with the service.

Exceptional customer service from Linda! My parcel was delayed by Evri. I contacted velo via their contact form and heard back within 24 hours. A new parcel was arranged and delivered promply. Can't fault the customer service. Thank you!

By far the best nicotine pouches on the market. Very effective and very flavourful with a wide variety.
Customer service are top notch, had an issue with Royal Mail but was sorted after a quick chat with them on the online chat.
