Had to contact Customer Service for issue with my account and purchase/subscription.
The Assistant was extremely helpful and friendly and my issue was resolved straight away. Waiting for my first package and definitely looking forward to use the product.

Been using velo for a few years now and product is better than smoking or vaping. People would think i'm an ambassador for velo or something the way i preach it. Subbing to velo has made it so much easier to order. I get an alert if there is and issue with my order and velo doesn't want to risk sending me something i don't want but majority of the time i just leave them to sort it and they never dissapoint. There was a glitch recently with my order (god knows what happend) but they sorted it with no issues at all.
It's like a friend that owns a business... you got an issue and they're like "let me sort you".

Very quick delivery, easy ordering process, super helpful agents on live chat, resolved my issue quickly today and offered me replacement cans which was unexpected and a nice surprise.

Have been using this for 8 months. Used to be an excellent service, always next day delivery with Evri. They used to be super reliable. I use on average 10 pouches a day.
Since the new courier company started though in what looks to be May 2025, it has been over a week since placing my order and I still haven't received it. Customer service isnt to blame, but theyre not helpful.
Switching to Nordic. Shame, because I liked these.
I was missing a delivery and Velo advised they had a 5 business day period, and because it was around 3 days they couldn't do anything, but the sent a goodwill can for the inconvenience, the delivery was made and velo still contacted me on the 5th day to ensure I had received my can. Absolutely 6-star customer service

I had an issue with the delivery address on a large order. I arranged a call back from the customer service team and Sam contacted me within a couple of hours. Despite not being able to rectify the issue due to the order being out for delivery, his conduct and professional manner were exemplary.

Had a delivery issue with Evri. Yolanda with customer service was able to get sorted! The customer service is spot on.

I recently had an issue with a subscription delivery where the courier (Evri) couldn’t find a local drop off point, despite having no issues for months prior. Evri decided to return the parcel to Velo. I contacted Velo about my issue using the online form, provided my order number and within 24 hours was told I could either have it sent again or a refund. I opted for it to be sent again, and well within 48 hours of my original contact my new order was on its way to me, next day delivery. Can’t really say fairer than that.

I've been using Velo for around a year now and have a subscription for monthly deliveries. My delivery arrives the next day every month and is always exactly what it should be.
There's been a few occasions where the subscription system has gone wrong and maybe only sent (and charged for) half of what it should have. Whenever this has happened I've informed customer service and they send out the remainder with the same delivery and refund any additional charges straight away.
They've consistently shown good quality customer service and have a great product. Amazing company all round

Due to issues with a poor delivery driver I did not receive my order at the first attempt. Customer services were great however and resent my order and added an extra can for my inconvenience.
