They offered to pay my return postage and despite it now being a week later and several emails, they are now ignoring me.it’s a disgusting way to do business.

Fakes being sold as refurbished Airpods!! Stay away from this site you can get the same ones from other sites for £15-20

Ordered a set of earphones (Apple AirPods) description and sale offer were good as other reviews no communication from transaction point. Then received the goods and not what was advertised I have received a fake product a copy of the original. This site is a scam selling fake or counterfeit goods. No communication regarding false advertisement and sale so I have take it up with my bank also. Stay away from this company they are bad, bad, bad.

I ordered a set of headphones from this company. I didn’t receive any confirmation email, which was my first red flag. I wish I had checked the trust pilot reviews beforehand, as they’re awful. The transaction on my banking app comes through as a totally different company. I tried to email and the email on their website doesn’t exist, it just gets bounced back. As a last resort, I’ve had to challenge it with my bank. In doing so they are now attempting to dispute it and keep my money, when they haven’t sent any item, any confirmation of my order or any communication whatsoever! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT’S A TOTAL SCAM!!!

The AirPods are fake not original plus they don’t respond to emails and my trying to send them back and get my money . Don’t buy it from them ITS A SCAM!!!

Faulty item and do not refund postage when you have to return a faulty item and stop communicating with you would leave a zero star if I could

Pure scam outfit. Telephone number they give doesn’t exist, don’t reply to emails. Elaborate web site is designed to trick you into believing they are genuine. They are not.

This website is a scam, they’d sold apple airpods but when they arrived, they were counterfeit. I have tried to contact them for a refund with no response. Do not purchase any product from this site, they may be counterfeit and you will not get a response se from them when. You try to return the item.

This website is basically a scam. They’ll send you an item which is faulty and almost causes your house to catch on fire. Then say they’ll sen you a replacement and they just don’t.
Been months now and I don’t even know what to do anymore as they don’t reply to emails they don’t reply to nothing. Almost burned my whole house down due to a faulty battery. Lucky they don’t catch a court case over this. I might take it further but at the moment I’m just glad I don’t have any of they’re faulty items in my house
