No words for my disappointment!
I cannot find the words to express how disappointed I am in this company. I got a hair transplant about 1 year and a half ago and the result wasn't great. I still feel the need to wear a cap since they left me with a bald spot.
The worst thing is that once I reported this, I had a call with one of their 'hair consultants' who basically told me to take some extra pills but when I asked more questions about it, the company completely neglected me and IGNORED my emails as of today (I have sent 4 emails and I called them and they never came back to me).
The 'hair consultant' was rude and offensive (making sensitive jokes about one's appearance) and never followed up with my concerns.
As of today, I am still waiting for a response (it's been 3 months) and I would just advise anyone who is planning on getting a HT with this people: DO NOT make the mistake. I have 2 more friends who did the HT with me and they also regret it and their experience has been awful.
I wish I had read a review like this before I went with them. I thought maybe because they are in London they might be better than going to Turkey? but it turned out to be worse.
Choose wisely, don't let them charm you from the beginning because they won't take accountability once the result is weak.
Invest in a HT clinic that stands out for their client satisfaction and good reputation with their Customer Service!!!! Do not make my mistake.

In 2020 Vinci offered an initial treatment of MSP with two touch up appointments with no time limit when it starts to fade, but when you attempt to make an appointment for the touch up they will tell you that you can't have it, and you can't prove it (the emails only show appointment confirmations). If you do decide to go with the more expensive Vinci, make sure you have everything on record so that you won't be fobbed off and told "you can't prove anything", while they try to charge you twice

10/10 call Sean he will look after you
Hi All
I had my hair done yesterday, they look after you so well, and if you ask for Sean he help me from day one.sean is all
Way on the end of the phone or WhatsApp to answer any of your questions, for me I had to canceled because of family issues 1st time and they rebooked me back in, when it was suitable for me and my family 10/10 for sane for that.
My DR Iurii who did my hair was so help full and he did a very good job with his team of 3 helps, I had little pane in all 3 seasons, you have 3 sessions for about 2 hours a session, and you can pick what you like to watch on Netflix, when there doing your hair and they give you a nice lunch to top it off as well I’m from Manchester but they do it in London and many more places just need to ask where your from and they will help you,and it was a good price as well no need to go to turkey just phone up and ask for Sean 0161 6760808, he would help you for when you need to get done, I will post some pictures before and after when it grows back , 10/10 and you have nothing to worry about trust me.

Sam was fantastic and explained the procedure, what was required and what it involved. He answered all my questions and put me at ease. The receptionist was polite and welcoming at the practice. The surgeon and technicians where great and explained the procedure again and was polite and professional. I was able to watch netflix whilst having the procedure which helped time pass by. After I was given clear and precise instructions on how to manage my hair transplant post op and also treatments required in a smart leather type bag . I have been contacted by Sam to ensure I'm ok and no concerns, which I can thankfully say no concerns what so ever.
