Sam was fantastic and explained the procedure, what was required and what it involved. He answered all my questions and put me at ease. The receptionist was polite and welcoming at the practice. The surgeon and technicians where great and explained the procedure again and was polite and professional. I was able to watch netflix whilst having the procedure which helped time pass by. After I was given clear and precise instructions on how to manage my hair transplant post op and also treatments required in a smart leather type bag . I have been contacted by Sam to ensure I'm ok and no concerns, which I can thankfully say no concerns what so ever.

Professional, Friendly and Reassuring
I recently had my hair transplant at Vinci Hair Clinic in Manchester and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience so far.
From the initial consultation through to the procedure itself, everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and reassuring. I was made to feel comfortable throughout the whole process and everything was explained clearly, which made a big difference.
The procedure itself went really smoothly. The team were patient, professional and checked on me regularly throughout the day. I felt like I was in safe hands from start to finish.
A special mention to the team in Manchester — they were brilliant and made what could have been quite a daunting experience feel much easier than I expected.
I’m obviously still very early into the recovery process, so I can’t comment on the final results yet, but I’m really pleased with how everything has gone so far and I’m looking forward to seeing the results develop over the coming months.

Great advice for my thinning hair. As a woman, beauty is a big thing and I’ve been feeling insecure about my thinning hairs in the front for years. I went in for a consultation and I didn’t feel pressured at all. The clinic was clean and staffs were very friendly! I would highly recommend going to Vinci Hair Clinic for your hair loss concerns.
I am currently on PRP and Mesotherapy sessions, and so far I have seen great results in terms of hair growth and decrease in hair shedding. I’m also on the Vitruvian line and I honestly feel like it’s helping my hair look lush and healthy too! 10/10 service.

I spent a very long time researching and thinking about getting a hair transplant it’s something I’d dreamed of for years, but I was terrified. I’m honestly even frightened going to the dentist, so taking this step was huge for me. I looked into so many different clinics and did an awful lot of homework my son had his hair done by another company, and I can tell you there is just no comparison to Vinci Hair Clinic.
From the very first moment, they took every bit of fear right out of my heart. I was such a nervous client, but they made me feel so welcome, so calm, and so looked after throughout the whole process I cannot thank Dr Jen and the entire medical team enough. Dr Jen carried out my procedure with such kindness, patience, and care her personality, her gentleness, and the way she put me at ease meant everything.
And it didn’t stop on the day the team have been checking in with me ever since, genuinely asking how I’m doing, concerned about my recovery, and making sure I’m happy. That level of aftercare and personal attention is just something you don’t find everywhere.
I’m only just into my first week now, but I honestly cannot get over how wonderful everything is looking so far. It’s already better than I dared hope. I made the right choice I chose the right company and I will be forever grateful that I found them.

Im having to rewrite this review as my other 2 have mysteriously disappeared ,after using this clinic my grafts have mostly fell out ,it is as thin if not thinner than before I had it done ,all my complaints have fell on deaf ears ,they tried to get my review banned but trustpilot looked at the evidence and put it back but they've gone again ,please dont use this company ,your hair will look reasonable to start with but it will start falling ,all my hair thats falling are grafts placed by vinci,they kept gasligting me when i 1st started complaining and saying it looks ok when a blind man could see it wasnt ,I wish I could show photos on here ,they will take your money and over time your hair will fall ,go to a reputable company and do your homework ,they will say they have no record of me just to get out of it, but I have all the paperwork and receipt ,its left me very depressed and severely let down ,the guys you talk to are just salesmen , do not use vinci uk if you want a good result ,I also had a very bad reaction to the adrenaline they used in the local aneasthetic and felt like I was having a stroke and couldn't talk ,or find the words and couldn't stop shaking ,they'd used too much ,when I said I wasnt comfortable to carry on they said I wont get my money back and were totally unsympathetic, so I continued please,please please use another company, it was done on 23.08.2024 trustpilot dont go back that far,I put 2 other reviews that were okd by trustpilot but they've disappeared
