Fabulous Customer Service Experience
Fabulous service from Lyndsay in Customer Services. Although the website advised that responses may take 2–4 days, I heard back the very next day with an informative and genuinely helpful reply to my sizing enquiry about a pair of Sam Edelman trainers. I was also offered additional support should there be any issues on receipt. Trainers ordered and I can’t wait to wear them — very happy indeed!

Quick and easy. I was having an issue returning my item as the order number wasn't recognised.
Called the helpline and spoke with Kimbereley who sorted it all out in a couple of minutes. She was most pleasant too.

Ordered sneakers
Ordered sneakers, to be delivered by EVRI, somehow EVRI didnt get round to even trying to deliver to me, they decided to 'return item to sender' without any feedback to me on why this happened. Contacted Vionic Customer Service, they were very very helpful, few days later I have now received my sneakers (reorder). 5* for Vionic, 1* for Every. Thank you Vionic.

My 2nd pair of stylish trainers
I purchased a few items from vionics shoes to support my arches and found the footwear to offer excellent support and comfort. Queries to Customer service were dealt with immediately and I would definitely recommend Vionics footwear.

Great shoes, great customer service
I always buy Vionic now as they really help my Achilles tendinitis and come in half sizes and wide fittings. Recently I ordered 4 pairs to try at home, and sent 2 pairs back as the design didn’t fit well around my toes. The other two pairs were perfect so I kept them. Returns were super easy. I rec’d an email confirming receipt and refund of only one pair so I emailed to say I had returned two pairs. Within a couple of days Kimberley contacted me to confirm receipt and refund of the second returned pair. Great customer service and great shoes. Thank you. Ticket number 104299.

Poor customer service
I bought some slippers after buying several pairs of Vionics shoes without any problem. As soon as I began wearing the slippers both my Achilles hurt. I contacted Vionics by email they never replied. So tried to ring them no answer. I will think twice before buying anything else.

Great shoes , wonderful customer service
My daughter needs orthotics to correct her gait - it is very hard to find 'dainty' shoes that accommodate them. The Almeda Mary Janes were perfect and she found them so comfortable. Return trainers
As I have to return the trainers I ordered which really disapointed me as all my shoes are from vionic.i have never had to return before and as I am not computer literate I did not know how to do that but I did contact bionic and found them helpful.

Excellent customer service and great…
Excellent customer service and great comfortable shoes.
Ordered flip flops and a couple of pairs of boots, also additional for size comparison, super fast delivery and money refunded for the returned pair with days.
Slight issue with one of the pairs of boots, and this was resolved instantly via sending a photo and a call with customer service who sent a new pair out instantly and I also got to keep the slightly faulty pair also. Boots are super comfy as is the flip flops, especially for anyone with problems with their feet.
Excellent all round service from delivery, with comfortable shoes to fast returns/refunds and very efficient customer service.
Would have no hesitation in recommending.

Wonderful customer service
Wonderful customer service from Kimberley. I had a query about the extended returns period over the festive period and Kimberley was so helpful, going over and above to ensure I could purchase the shoes I had seen in the sale. The shoes are a gift, so I can’t comment on them, but I am totally reassured that the extended return period will enable the recipient to return/exchange them if needed. I would not hesitate to shop at Vionic in future.

Don’t buy from isle of wight
I needed to return shoes. No pick up points on Isle of Wight. 10 phone calls and several emails later pick up arranged . Stayed in all day . No pick up. Can’t get through to customer service. 12 phone attempts later another pick up has been arranged. No confidence it will happen. Won’t buy again from Vionic.

Buyer beware
Ordered a pair of shoes as a gift that were listed in the sale. 2 days later received an email saying the order was cancelled and I would be receiving a refund because the item is no longer in stock - their marketing and ordering system apparently struggles to cope in busy periods and lists items that aren't available. However, it seems that the pair of shoes are still being listed in the same size, just £25 more expensive...I note that other customers have complained about similar over the years, so not an isolated issue. Whether this is truly a clunky system that can't cope with customer orders that they haven't attempted to fix in over a year, or simply a rouse to extract more money from customers...I'm not sure...but I'd be cautious about buying from this company. They've lost a customer today, and a free shipping voucher as way of apology just doesn't really cut it when there are competing brands that offer a simpler, positive experience of shopping. Based on other reviews, I'll wait and see whether a refund arrives as promised...

We understand how frustrating it is to have a gift order cancelled due to a stock issue. During busy sale periods our system can lag behind real-time stock, and we’re working to improve this.
Regarding the item reappearing at a higher price, our Black Friday sale had just ended, which is why the pricing changed. At times, product and pricing updates don’t refresh simultaneously, which can make items appear available when they’re not. This isn’t intentional, and we’re reviewing it internally.
We’re sorry the goodwill gesture didn’t make up for your experience. Your refund is already being processed, and we appreciate your honest feedback—it helps us improve. We hope we’ll have the chance to offer you a better experience in the future.

Extremely Disappointing Service
My order never arrived, and when I tried contacting Sam Edelman customer service by both phone and email, I received no response at all. After a couple of days of silence, I finally received an email telling me the item was actually out of stock and had been cancelled — something that should have been communicated immediately, not after I chased them multiple times.
I understand inventory mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable. I was left without my order, without updates, and without any assistance when I reached out.
The voucher they offered doesn’t make up for the inconvenience or the poor service. Very disappointing experience overall.
EDITED TO ADD in response to the reply:
Regarding the statement, “I’m glad to see that our customer service team has since resolved the issue, and that you were able to place a new order,” things have not been resolved. I had to pay significantly more for the new order I placed, and it wasn’t in my preferred color or style like my original order — the one I waited and waited for but never received.

I have been wearing Vionic shoes for…
I have been wearing Vionic shoes for many years since I broke an ankle on one foot and a metatarsal on the other. I also tore ligaments on both legs so I was a pretty sorry limping mess. The only shoes that helped were Vionic, I have had many pairs of their boots, trainers, shoes, sandals, and slippers and wouldn’t be without them. The sizing is sometimes hit and miss but it’s easy to swap them. Their customer service is excellent, often lacking in other companies.

Excellent quality footwear combined with excellent and prompt customer service. I wanted good looking dress sandals that I could wear with confidence, having previously suffered from very painful Plantar Fasciitis for several years.
