Exceptional service
I bought a pair of Vionic trainers earlier this year and was really pleased with the style and comfort of the shoe. Unfortunately I had a problem with them and raised this with the customer service team. The response from them has been fantastic with a courteous and swift response, and a replacement pair of trainers was provided within days. I can not fault any aspect of the service I've received - it has been exemplary.

Excellent customer service
I recently purchased a pair of high sandals. Although a lovely pair and very comfortable, there were a couple of flaws on the leather finish on one of the shoes. Something not usually associated with Vionic, in my opinion, after buying ten pairs.
I contacted customer services and had a swift response to my email, and after sending in photographic evidence, I was offered either a new pair or refund. And went for the refund. Excellent correspondence with Kimberley throughout. And refund paid promptly.

Very disappointed with their customer…
Very disappointed with their customer service. I was sent the wrong sized boots which I returned. They then issued a refund but omitting the delivery I'd been charged! I had to contact them to explain and only then did they refund the delivery charge saying they had issued it as a gesture of goodwill!! No apology was given for their mistake and I still haven't recieved the boots I ordered. Shopping with Vionic is not a good experience so far!

Professional and positive response
Having purchased a number of excellent items previously, a pair of men’s sandals (straps) did not retain the necessary and secure adhesion. I informed Vionics and provided photographic evidence. The professional lady at Customer Care was very helpful and understanding and offered a refund which I accepted. Will be happy to shop again.

Very Comfortable
I have several Vionic shoes and I cannot fault them. The website is easy to navigate. The shoes are beautifully made and comfortable ( I usually wear them in at home first). I have plaintair fascitilis and 2 dislocated toes. I needed to exchange a pair of sandals, as they do not have an exchange system online I contacted customer services who dealt with my issue promptly and efficiently. Very pleased with my purchase and service received.

Very poor customer service
I have had 3 pairs of Vionic shoes over the years and they are very comfortable. However, the company is a bit of a shambles. I have over the last 3 months tried to get another pair of their Walker Classic trainers. These were initially advertised at £34.99, I was told they were out of stock, then in September and October still on the website but at £69.99. I have been told twice that there has apparently been an inventory mistake and they do not have these in stock.
I tried to email before ordering the last time, no reply, I phoned, no one answered but said leave a message, no one replied.
As the price of these had been altered since the first time I tried to order them the stock should have been up dated but they are STILL on the website 3 months later.
I have now run out of patience with this company and probably will not try to order anything from them again.

Poor customer service
Ordered Sam Edelman shoes, though there is fraying on one of the straps the shoes are lovely. I gave a lower rating for the customer service: I received no tracking email, the status of my order switched to complete before I received it and the tracking link on my account led to a dead end. There were two different customer service emails given (the automated response from one was that there would be delays in reply time), and two different numbers, neither of which worked. I ended up getting the information from the delivery partner (DPD) that the order was due to be delivered the next day which was relieving. I received a short email after delivery informing me my order was delivered and providing a link to review..

Brilliant slippers
I have been suffering with Plantar Fasciitis and being a dog walker it is a big problem! Anyway my Physiotherapist recommended Vionic Slippers as I walk on wooden floors at home. After wearing them for 3 hours my foot felt so much better so I hope everything keeps improving overtime. The sandals arrived within 2 days.

Great customer care
Kimberley was exceptionally helpful to me. She rang me back when she could to sort out an order and a return. I have found Vionic more than fair in their treatment of customers. It is quite hard to phone but email is sufficient to explain a problem and Vionic, in my experience, always gets back.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service — Ordered via 3rd Party ( Freemans) but shoes were supposed to come direct from Vionic via Evri but they never arrived — replacement was sent out again from Vionic but unfortunately shoes were much too wide for me.
I could not return item via their link provided on the website and tried calling them over 2 days ….just recorded message …finally managed to talk to a very helpful lady who sent a return label ….over one month later still no refund of £ 130 and again have not been able to get hold of anybody on the phone nor have received reply to my email ….. I would never use this company again !

Lovely shoes
The shoes came in time I had ordered more for fit and style.when I tried to return i couldn't raise a QR code so asked for a returns label to br sent out. Which Vionic are doing for me. The shoes that I kept are really lovely even though they aren't cheap I am satisfied with them
