Waggle is BRILLIANT !!!!

I have been very impressed with them .

Their free vet service before you go to a face to face vet is excellent and has been enough information for us not to have to visit the vet at all ! Saving us money .

They have paid our bills very quickly and sent a very kind and caring email when our old lovely dog had to be put to sleep.

The monthly premium was also very reasonable and didn't rise much each year .

I want to thank you very much for your support and for being ‘ a good insurance ‘ in a world of insurance that want your premium but don't want to pay out !!

Who easy it was to joinand the price

From a very difficult time the Waggel team made the claims for the passing of our Cocker spaniel 'Lady', a smooth process. It is not quite complete but up to this point I am very satisfied

I wouldn’t recommend the policy is easy to understand but they don’t like to pay up took longer than 2 months to process if it’s closer to renewal they delay the process so you end paying a backlog because they said I wasn’t properly insured . Means I paid for the treatment and then bumped up the premium from
£60 to £116 then £162 even though I didn’t claim anything the year before jyst for £4K cover with exclusions better to put that in my account.

Been with them for a few years and had to recently claim for the first time. Process was easy and I got my money back. There was a slight delay but when I contacted them, the claim was looked at the same day and approved. Would recommend.

Amazing company to be with. Have always paid out for my pet dog when I put a claim in. No hassle and communication is great.

I lost my beautiful dog Ellie in May and had to wait until June to put in my claim due to issues with my vet,I have to say I was most impressed with both the speed in which my claim was paid and the way it was handled.I chose to have the money paid directly to me due to the issues with my vet and discovered that there was a short fall in the claim amount my vet had sent to waggel.I had to put in a further claim just last week after my vet argued that the blood test I had paid for could not be claimed.I contacted waggel and was advised to put in a further claim and it was accepted and I have received the money in less than a week.It has been a prolonged and upsetting experience with my vet but Waggel showed total compassion and sympathy.I thoroughly recommend them.

Reviewed my claim quickly, with no fuss, and paid out just as quickly. A huge weight off my mind when I was worried about my dog.

We sadly lost our dog recently and had to make a claim for the surgery. I have to say that everything Waggel had promised was true in our experience. It was straight forward and the portal was easy. They're paying our vet directly up to the agreed excess.
We will use them again with our new pup.
