Clearly all these 5 star reviews for this company are completely fake!! Purchased a car in October, within a week the windscreen was leaking, it appeared that the garage we brought it off put a very bad temporary seal on the screen which had disintegrated causing rain water to get in (yes we stupidly never noticed when purchasing the car). A new windscreen cost £500 and surprise surprise not covered by the gold warranty we took out. Then... 3 months later.... the drivers door refuses to lock as the door locking actuator fails... and guess what??? This is also not covered by this pathetic warranty!! And last but not least the engine starts making a rattling sound, take it to land rover for a diagnostic check and was told the timing chain needed replacing immediately before it snaps and causes catastrophic engine failure. This is at a cost of over £3,200 all within 9 months of owning the vehicle!! Of course, this is not covered on the warranty as apparently you need to wait for the chain to snap and ruin the engine which would have wrote the car off before they attempt to even look at the claim and I wouldn't be holding my breath for them to be paying a penny towards that either!! If you are tempted to purchase this scam of a warranty then I wouldn't bother, you may aswell flush your hard earned money down the loo! Scam of a company, we will be taking matters further.

Had a call to renew the warranty from Jessica all sorted in 5 minutes it just gives you confidence if anything goes wrong lovely staff so polite and helpful a pleasure to deal with 5 stars from me

Notified me in good time of renewal date and made it clear what the warranty level was.

"Purchased a 3-year extended warranty through Big Motoring World, underwritten by Warranties 2000. When I needed to raise a claim for a steering column fault, I was unable to reach anyone. Over 48 hours I waited on hold for 30–45 minutes on multiple calls with no answer, and received zero response to emails. A warranty is only as good as the service behind it — and this has failed at the first test. Would strongly caution anyone buying from Big Motoring World to ask specifically who underwrites their warranty and check Warranties 2000 reviews before signing."
