Great clear information given by Ethan, I had many questions that he gave clear responses on and explained everything to me, this is an extended warranty to follow on from what the garage gave me with the purchase of the vehicle, it was reasonably priced, but many would struggle at the payment in one go or the plan offered as not everyone can afford it and may shy away from an added expense, however I see it as peace of mind

I extended my warranties cover on my…
I extended my warranties cover on my car which I had purchased 2 years earlier from a garage...I had to make a claim for a new clutch...the car was at the BSmart garage as they were going to do the work if the claim was approved..my car had been with them for nearly weeks!.. communication was not good at all on the warranty side..they wanted the FSH which was emailed across...my car has been looked after at a proper garage...plus it has only done 10k miles in 2 years...what is the annoying thing is they should have told me this at the off set so I could have made other arrangements...I have since cancelled the policy as I don't feel it is of any use to me as potentially looking for excuses not to help...sorry

Thank you for your feedback, please be advised, as part of the T&C's of the policy, as outlined in your policy details, the vehicle has to be maintained as per manufacturer guidence to keep the warranty valid. Therefore, when a claim is submitted, the service history will be requested and lack of, or poor servicing will effect a succesful warranty claim. We do not look for excuses to reject a customers warranty claim, If a claim meets the criteria as outlined within its T&C, then there are no excuse to be had. We are sorry, if you feel the warranty did not meet your requirments, this is why we offer the 28 day cooling off period which you have used, to ensure customers have time to review their T&C and decide whether or not the policy is right for them

Absolutely useless company!!
Absolutely useless company!!! Got an answer on the phone after 2 hours on hold to then be told someone will call me back. That was 10 days ago!!
Email is even worse as it took 7 days to reply to an email to just completely ignore everything said in the email and now it's been another week with no reply to the follow up email!! Companies an absolute joke and are just robbing people!! They are con artists and don't give them your money!!

I have just purchased an additional year to a vehicle suppliers warranty covered by Warranties 2000, this was an easy task to complete due to the Warranties 2000 call centre staff.

As there are different departments that you may need to deal with having purchased a vehicle with finance, with warranty etc, it may not always be that you get to the correct department when you call in and may have to be transferred, or placed on hold while an advisor contacts other departments to try an assist you better. With your contact, we will look in in to this for you, and if you are still awaiting an outcome, we can look to get this resolved for you quickly.

Terrible. Avoid.
Took me several days of constant calling to speak to somebody on the phone. On average about 20 minutes waiting before the line hangs up, which is massively frustrating.
Having paid out the full cost of repairs as advised by them (£570.00) due to an engine misfire, they have 'authorised' £85.00 to be refunded. They don't cover labour or sparkplugs. The garage advised to use original VW parts but the amount 'authorised' was based on the cheapest possible parts from Euro Car Parts that just so happened to be heavily discounted at the time. The car is only a few years old and has full service history so it is a genuine issue and not 'wear and tear'. Stay away from these scammers at all cost.

With a used vehicle and warranty sale, we do not offer OEM parts, where alternates are availabe, however, customers are welcome to upgrade and pay the difference if chosen to do so. It is also outlined in your t&c's, servicable, general maintenace and/or w&t/age related failures are excluded from the warranty. This is normal for a used car warranty. Avoid this place. I bought a car around 8 weeks ago and was sold a warranty for this company. My car has now been sat in a garage for around 5 weeks for what should have been a 3 day repair at most.
They do not answer the phones as they have no staff, it took them two weeks to get it in to a garage, they wouldnt use the local reputable garage so had to travel to another one they chose. They then decided they would be putting a non genuine second hand part from a scrapyard to repair my car (in the terms and conditions apparently).
They messed about getting this part for nearly a week and when it finally did show up half the stuff was missing off of it. So the garage i brought the vehicle from stepped in to deal with these idiots. Oh it took them 4 weeks to arrange a hire car and that was only done because the company i bought the car from in thebfurst place stepped in again.
Car was finally ready last thursday, invoice was sent by the garage on friday morning. Guess what, they still havent paid the invoice so i cant pick up my car so now ive currently been sat on hold for an hour currently (following monday afternoon) trying to get them to pay the bill
I bet someone responds to this review before i get through to someone on the phone.

Thank you for your feedback. Please note, the terms around suppling parts are advised of in your terms and condtions and customers can upgrade parts and contribute the difference if chosen to do so. The vehicle and warranty are purchased through used car dealers and do not cover manufacturing replacement parts due to this. In terms of garage bookings, we do have a good coverage of garages within the nation that assist our customers with warranty work, however, it is dependent how useful that is for a customer, dependent on their location. Also, customers can use their own garages within the terms of our warranty terms. Where parts are agreed for use, we are then depednent on the supplier and their couriers for delivery. Some parts take longer than others, however, usualy turn around of delivery is 2-3 days. In relation to payment of the invoice, we will need further information in regards to your provider, to allow us to look in to that. Warranties 2000 are not always the contract holder and therefore payment may be paid from outside of our team and therefore not in our control. Please also note, the team you maybe trying to contact via telephone and/or email, are separate to anyone responding to you on any other platform, therefore, response times for differnet platforms will vary. We will be able to look in to the payment for you and review the timeline of events which have caused you a negative experiance
