We were denied at first
We had a lot of challenges, including being denied for the loan we originally wanted, but Melanie was diligent in finding us something that worked for us. When one door shuts, another door opens, and that is exactly what happened for us. Melanie did all the work, and we were basically treated like kids. There was no stress at all! Melanie got us a deal, and we paid off our brand-new car and remodeled our home.
There is no other company out there that never quits until you reach your goal! I highly recommend West Capital Lending.

I have trying to get a HELOAN.
I have trying to get a HELOAN but I didn't have a high enough FICA score to be even considered. When I talked to WCL about it, they told me that a better way to go would be with a HELOC. This would be easier to get approved for and could be set-up like a savings account that I could take some of the approved amount and only have to pay interest on that amount & not on the total amount of the HELOC. This makes it more like a savings account that I can use if and when I need some extra money.

It took your underwriters THREE MONTHS…
It took your underwriters THREE MONTHS to approve me - just because our home was in a Trust and I have Power of Attorney for my husband, who lives in an Assisted Living Facility and no longer capable of making business decisions. They EVEN wanted HIS signature!!!! I hope they don't get old some day.....
