Easy enough to order and delivery was fast but some of my inks only had 6 months before the sterilisation date was expiring so had to send them back.

i requested a paper invoice and was denied the ability to get a paper invoice as your company seems to have gone paperless.
So perhaps someone can let me know if I can get a paper invoice included with my orders or wether I should continue on my quest to find a new supplier.

This has improved the speed at which orders are able to be dispatched, whilst also being more environmentally friendly. Once emailed over, this can then be downloaded, printed or shared as you wish.
