Product great but using dpd courier…
Product great but using dpd courier company is a no for me and will not use again. I needed those needles delivered when they should be as I was going abroad that day and courier lied that he missed me but delivery address was large news agent shop open from 5am -11pm and courier took the picture of some bushes saying it was my house .
I would recommend to kot use dpd as they terrible

We understand how important it is for your orders to arrive on time, especially when you have important plans like traveling abroad. We’re addressing this issue with DPD to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
In the meantime, we’d always recommend placing orders a bit earlier to allow for any unforeseen delays, particularly when delivery is time-sensitive.
Alternatively you are always welcome to come visit our warehouse which is located in Poole Dorset and pick up any order on the same day, which I believe this was offered to you by one of our customer support team.
